Based on customer reviews, Wells Road Laundry Inc. is a clean facility with machines that work well. Washers and dryers do a good job, though clothes may not come out completely dry without a nasty smell. The staff, including a friendly and helpful attendant named Stephanie, is very helpful. The facility is nice but could use a little brushing up. For those who are claustrophobic, this may not be the right laundromat, as everything feels right on top of each other.

This place is the best. We take clothes weekly to be washed and folded. They’re always kind and always fast!

Machines work well. Facility and machines are clean. Washers and dryers work well. Staff is very helpful.
Update- 8/29/25 still a nice facility.

For me it is just okay because I am claustrophobic. I will not go back only because I feel like everything is right on top of each other.
So if you have an issue of things being too close, this is not the Laundromat for you.
