  Ari was absolutely amazing!!! She helped me with everything from lacing my dress to giving me her honest opinion! Ended up buying all three dresses plus some of the costume jewelry that look amazing.

  Girl with the Yellow top and light blue jeans brown hair in a clip. 5/24/24 around 12:30 maybe 1:30pm Literally did NOT want to work. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately but this girl literally wanted to be looking herself in the mirror and only cared to be super social wither coworkers. I went to ask her to see if a dress came in a color while she was looking at her self in the mirror. - she instantly said in a very vague way “no we only have it in that color” mind you she was doing no work just standing around. And without checking her computer source or anything. then while looking through the store for like an hour we found the dress in other colors. Just wanted to point out how inept she was. Letting the company know how she sucks at customer service as well and obviously does not care about the company. Went to get my 15y/o a little prom dress. Thank you to the girl in the black dress with the shawl she was nice and checked on a couple of shoes in stock. But that girl with the yellow top really put us in a foul mood.

  I am in town for a visit and an unexpected girls night out was planned. I didn’t have to get an outfit but thought I’d look to see. I dropped in the store and had such a great experience. Usually people only give reviews that are bad but I feel compelled to share. I was greeted as I came in, the store was clean and easy to browse in. A nice young girl named Allie listened to what I was doing and showed me some options to put together. I was so grateful for her help because I am not a good shopper or fashion expert!! Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised and will def think of Windsor when clothes shopping!

  I went in to Windsor looking for a cute summer dress for an upcoming vacation and the entire team was super helpful! They gave me their favorites in the store, showed me some recommendations, and were super accommodating. Walked out with a great dress and can’t wait to go back for my next event!

  My go to store whenever I need clothes for anything, They have a great selection of dresses, shoes, top, etc. My only complaint (and I am never one to write bad reviews) is the customer service. The workers are not friendly and trust me I completely understand everyone has bad days but like I said this is my go to store so I come here often and I have notice this is ongoing. This recent time was enough for me to write a review. First when I walked into the store I was not greeted, Then I needed to use the dressing room so I asked the worker if I could just go in or if she needed to count my items, she told me to “just go in” with an obvious attitude, Then, when I came up to the cash register to pay the two ladies were talking, looked at me, and continued their conversation until they finally cashed me out without saying anything to me, not a “hi did you find everything okay” “how are you” like I said, I am not one to write bad reviews but you choose where you want to work and if you don’t like your job I don't think its fair to take it out on the customer.

  I came in the store today with my daughter, It felt like we were in the dressing room for hours the girls were so patient with us I feel like it was right to give them 5 stars for they’re customer service.
