We are on holiday and we went because my daughter saw it and also saw the TV advert, well where should I start, the food took over 30 mins to come then sat on the counter for a good 5 mins we had a family platter which consisted of fries, boneless chicken wings, bread sticks and celery we got about 20 fries, 5 chickens popcorn size pieces and 2 celery sticks, then after our food we had a play several machines take the credit but don't give the play and some gave the play but no tickets, we finished up quick and cashed our tickets, my children pointed to a tin labelled 50 tickets to be told they were 100 tickets when challenged why they were in the 50 ticket run I just received a rude response, so I didn't bother cashing it in the end as I could not get out quick enough ADVICE - go some where nice to eat and it will be cheaper then head to a decent arcade there is a good one at pointe Orlando.

I was recently here celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I am not a big Chuck E Cheese fan but my daughter is after attending another birthday party months ago. I booked a party package online and it was very easy. Our server Akeisha was AWESOME. She anticipated every need and was very attentive. She made my daughter feel so special which is definitely a plus. She was being pulled in so many different directions by management and her peers, but she did her job with so much grace. The food was pretty good and exceeded my expectations and that of my guests. Kudos!

Good thing!!! You can just ho and buy your card (starts at $5) and play. You don’t have to eat. Still if you want: kids eat 5.99 and adults 7.99 pizza buffet

I cannot comment on the food or table service because we did not eat here. My kids had fun. The only thing I really didn't like was that the choices were very limited on what you could trade the tickets in for. All the employees that we encountered were helpful. Some of the games were not working properly. As well as the ticket counters.
