The service and location are good. But the rooms are not good. Understand your remodeling but you might want invest in taking care of the mold and cleaning. The remote for the TV does not work.

The rooms look ok at first glance but there's roaches everywhere.. we asked for a different room and more roaches. The lady say the front was nice and have us a refund but it's sketchy and nasty.

One word says it all... ugh! Roaches in the room. Three room keys in a row to get one to work. No hot water in sink. Cracked flooring. Shredded baseboard. Huge gap at bottom of entry door. Furniture that looked like it had been chewed by a dog. Stinky. Next time I'll upgrade to a park bench!!!
