Firefly Yoga Company is a welcoming and simple studio with a wonderful community. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and relaxing, good for letting go. The instructors are very nice, amazing, and wonderful, making everyone feel comfortable, safe, loved, and like an old friend. Their energy is infectious. There is a class for everyone at every comfort and skill level, from power classes to slower flow and meditation. The practice is described as amazing, relaxing, restorative, therapeutic, and accessible for all. It helps students shed stress and breathe in calm, offering tranquil ease on the mat. The price is great. Students highly recommend going a couple times a week and consider themselves fortunate for having found this studio.
Not like any other studio. The instructors are exceptionally trained, caring, and in the studio you can breathe an atmosphere of unity, mutual comfort, joy, inclusion and respect for each other’s individual goals. Definitely not a cookie cutter yoga studio.
