We visited the spa yesterday and really enjoyed our time. The adult pool was lovely and the spa amenities were amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My massage with Efrain was outstanding. My husband had Laurel and said she was also fantastic.

Haven’t been to Disney in 10 years but i definitely think this hotel is worth it! All of the staff I have interacted have been great! And my favorite restaurant was the ravello restaurant!

Everything was great. It’s a very family friendly hotel without feeling super chaotic. Spectacular service and amenities. The entire staff is always so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!
