Specialty drinks and fast service. This place is a cave of wonders and mostly serves grab and go cocktails for the many people who come through Mexico at Epcot. We’ve come here for years and love their authentic recipes and fresh ingredients. It’s a must if you’re at Epcot!!

Specialty margaritas are a bit underwhelming. We tried the El Diablo and the Avocado; both were ok, but not great. Not worth the price or waiting in line.

Worth the wait! On a busy day you can wait a long time to get a drink but it's totally worth it. Bar service mostly with a few tables. The margaritas are amazing and I don't even really like tequila. This is always our first stop while drinking around the world and then we go ride the ride that's inside. The pavilion is super cute while you are waiting as well!

THE BEST MARGARITAS!There was a long line, but being a small party of 2 let us get in before most other groups. They have a large menu of margaritas and tequila. There is no food besides chip, salsa, queso, and guacamole. We got all of the above and it was delicious! The salsa was spicy, guac was creamy, and queso was hot and fresh. My avocado margarita was so unique yet delicious and fresh, with the melon and lime flavor coming through with creaminess from the avocado. My boyfriend got "the Lilly" which came out with a smoke show! Servers here are also so friendly. We had a great time here, this is a great place to rest your feet while at EPCOT. I'd come back for sure!

Am absolutely amazing little tequila bar in epcot at the Mexico Pavilion. It's so amazing that there is always a line that will take at least 30-45 minutes no matter what! Everytime I have been here the service has been exceptional and the bar tenders are insanely fast when it comes to taking your order and making the drinks.I decided to get the Maelstrom recently and it has been the best margarita I've had here yet! It has joven tequila, lime juice, mango puree, mezcal and a black ant salt rim. It was heavenly! It had an amazing smokey flavor and a nice little bit from the spices they added. Super refreshing and definitely dangerous if you get 2 or more!Prices are very theme park-y, with a drink costing roughly $15 or more. The Maelstrom was on the higher end of the list at $18 dollars, but worth it.The styling of the tequila bar is stunning and it really makes you feel like you've been transported to another country (Mexico for this instance). The decorations on the walls are stunning. It is a very intimate place and that's why there's usually a long line. The line is split between togo orders and sit down in the place. Staff is super friendly as well and are attentive. It's great because I've had great drink recommendations from the bar tenders and haven't been led wrong yet!

Most of the "famous margaritas" don't contain tequila, they are cheaper mezcal drinks and are a far step from the originals. I have been going here for close to 10 years and have made friends with a lot of the staff who are excellent, but the change to the drinks (and price increase) is really not what I expected. After ordering the avocado margarita it tasted completely different then what I have experienced before. It was much sweeter and the mezcal was potent. I asked the server if this was tequila and he said yes, but the menu clearly states mezcal unless you want tequila. The recipe was changed to add fruit juices to make it way too sweet compared to previous versions, in addition to the mezcal. Also the corn chips were changed to another type which was noticeable but not as offensive as the change to all the margaritas. After spending thousands of dollars over the years in this location alone I can't recommend it as a must do anymore, the changes were that drastic. If you want a shot or a flight it's still a place to stop and go, but if you want to sit and enjoy a few margaritas it's a skip and try the choza de margarita out front (run by the same company as la cava del tequila). I hope some of these changes are reversed and tequila is brought back to the tequila cave margaritas.

This is a great experience to top off the end of our day of eating/drinking around the world at Epcot. However, it is very true that you should end your day here because their drinks are strong - in the best way ;)I was in the minority of my group and don’t like tequila but their single rum drink on the menu was delicious. My family had multiple margaritas and the La Cava tequila flight. Our waitress was so sweet and had great recommendations. The chips were freshly made and delicious and the salsa that came with had a nice smoky flavor. We finished the experience with a ride on the Gran Fiesta ride inside the Mexico Pavilion.

Let's not bury the lead: We saw Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul at La Cava del Tequila last Tuesday night! It was an unannounced appearance. Magic! La Cava del Tequila may be my favorite discovery on any Disney trip. We waited in line outside the bar only maybe 15 minutes on each visit. Yes, we visited the bar twice. In one day. We did. During a food and wine festival. Yes. But we first visited it based on the recommendation of my friends who live in Florida. They had me at the concept of an air conditioned bar in a pyramid that serves delicious, imaginative tequila and mezcal cocktails you can take to go. We tried the maelstrom, avocado, blood orange, and frozen black magic. They were all better than most drinks you'd order elsewhere. My favorites were the Dos Hombres Avocado (which I had original style/ w/ tequila rather than Dos Hombres mezcal, on the recommendation of another guest in line, as I didn't know I'd be practically running into los Dos Hombres later that day. The avocado drink was my very favorite drink of the trip and which we'll try to replicate in a few days. We also had the (frozen) Black Magic (created by Neil Patrick Harris). My companion says the Avocado and the Maelstrom were his favorite drinks of the trip. The bartenders were quick and friendly and offered us shots of Dos Hombres mezcal. Of course we accepted as we got another minute in the bar. EPCOT is even more romantic when you've done an impulse shot of Dos Hombres mezcal. The Disney magic continues in my late 30s!

Service is quick but friendly, the black magic was the best thing I had in the park, the wild one was also delicious. The chips, salsa, queso guac were all great and they kept the chips coming hat and fresh. Best place to drink at Epcot.

11AM. That is the time when they open the door and allow you to enter what is arguably the best place to get a cocktail in EPCOT. I highly recommend the La Cava Avocado. I actually recommend you have two it is so tasty. The staff here knows their tequila too. True professionals and they have a couple hundred different types! The bar is beautiful but small and be warned, it gets busy and it gets a line so that's why I recommend 11AM. There is no shame in waiting for a bar to open when visiting the Mouse and believe me, you won't be the only one!

Pay to get in, then stand in a long line for an extended period of time just to hear they are out of rum. It’s a massive inconvenience for someone that paid to enter and waited a while. If you’re out of a product make it known before!
