I just had the worst customer service experience in a very long time. I went inside to pay $45 for gas and enter my rewards. The cashier was on a personal phone call arguing with her bank asking about when something was going to be drafted. she did not greet me. She just said 45 cash I said yes but I would like to enter my rewards. The screen did not come up for the rewards so she just cashed me out and gave me a receipt. I said miss you did not enter my reward. She says well told you to put it in, the screen doesn’t come up for me to enter my reward number so she yelled at If I’m interrupting her phone call and I said excuse me I’m a customer don’t yell at me and she continue yelling so I yelled back and I said you have no customer service skills. You need to be trained. She continue yelling at me. I reminded her she’s at work. She should do her personal phone calls some other time so she can pay attention to the customers Yelling at me with attitude so I yelled back some words were exchanged and she told me to get out of her store so she can carry-on with her phone call mind. There are other people in line and she screaming at me as if I’m the problem. I asked her her name so she yelled back saying her name was FaY , I have the receipt I hope there’s a recording with audio for the owner of this store to see.

I came in on 12/11/23 around 7:15 pm to fill up my car. The posted fuel price was $2.79 for the lowest grade. I used my shell card and put in my phone number and the price at the pump jumped to $2.86, for the lowest grade. I went in to ask about it and was greeted with two very nasty women working there. They said because I used my credit card the price went up. The whole point of having a Shell card is pay at pump same as cash. If I no longer get this benefit I might as well go somewhere else. Sam's club is always a couple pennies cheaper. Maybe I should start going there from now on. As it is because of this Shell missed out on $40 worth of sales.I personally think this particular store is being run fraudulently.

Says the gas is $3.19 on the sign but it is actually $3.29 unless you pay cash. Debit cards do not count as cash even if you pay ahead of time. No fluid for the squeegees to wash your windshield. No public restroom. No paper towels to check your oil. No paper at the pump to give you a receipt. I had to go inside to get my receipt.

Premium gas was priced at 4.59 per gallon yesterday Nov 11, 2022, as Hurricane Nicole approached. Premium price across the street at Sam's Club was 3.46 per gallon. I went to Shell because I could not join the Sam's Club long line. I don't know for sure but the price at this Shell seemed super-naturally inflated! When I call the business phone number today, calls will not go through. I was calling to advise them I was thinking of reporting the excess to the State of Florida Price Gouging Hotline due to storm surge demand. ?

Bathrooms were dark and dirty. Morning manager very rude, talking on the phone about customers very loudly in Spanish, very unhelpful. Yelling and swearing. Prices way too high. Would never come here again. Almost like this place is being run by a newborn baby.

No matter what beer you bring to the counter the price will be about double what it was labeled as and if you bring it up they will tell you to go fly a kite. This gas station has the worst customer service I have ever seen I feel threatened by the staff unfortunately it’s right by my house so I find myself in there from time to time and every time is worse than the last time Its literally the worst convenience store EVER!!!The big guy behind the counter might be the rudest person I’ve ever met in even a moderate customer service position. It seems like he’s ready for a serious confrontation and is on the offensive..

Be aware that this gas station stole money from customers. It shows the wrong prices and no one care about refunds. Specially this cashier he have a terrible customer service and 0 loyalty. Once I'm asked that I was charged wrong - he didn't do enything... Except call cops on me.PS: on the picture I was charged by 4.659$ instead 4.54$I paid with debit card on the pump.
