Fantastic service! Just bought my second bike! Rode my first bike enough to need a replacement tire and they got it done quickly at a very fair price. Went in for my second bike and they had it ready in a day - even though they were recovering from hurricane damage. We won’t shop anywhere else!

We visited Clearwater, FL for the 1st time in July 2024 on one of our Great Walking City vacations. One of the best parts of our trip was meeting Leo & Lea and test driving some amazing electric bikes at their Surf-Wheels 'n Drones & E-Bikes store. From the time we stepped into the facility, Leo & Lea were all about providing excellent customer service. We had been intrigued with the electric bikes for some time and were contemplating a purchase so we had many questions.They answered all our inquiries, thoroughly explained how the bikes worked, gave us riding demonstrations and then let us take some bikes on test drives. After more questions, we committed to purchasing an electric bike for each of us. Leo and Lea arranged all of the shipping to our out of state address. The bikes arrived right on time along with additional personalized instructions from Leo to help ensure we assembled the bikes correctly. So if you're looking for one of the top of the line dependable durable electric bikes, and want really good customer service to help you during your purchasing process, we highly recommend this American family business.

The owners are such great people. I was able to snag the last Onyx RCR at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to explain the bike and sent me a ton of relevant information. Would definitely recommend and wish I could buy more e-ebikes from them!!

We rented two E-bikes for our son and 19 year old grandson last week. The four of us biked to Ozona for lunch. The ride up the Pinellas Trail was great and the bikes made the trip for them easy. They even put air in our personal E-bikes when they saw that our tires looked low. We highly recommend these guys.
