You’re a kiosk inside Disney Springs selling hammock to any potential buyer passing by. Therefore, screaming, yelling, or hollering is probably not the best form of communication with any Disney Springs guest. Do better.

Sales person would not let you try the chairs and when asked shares that the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and he would not recommend purchasing one.

Didn't have a good online experience. Apparently they don't update the inventory. I placed an order yesterday, which made it see like the item was available, only to get an email today telling me they are "out of stock" Please advertise only what you have available to sell. I am in business as well, I always promise what I can deliver.

The hammock itself is wonderful, the wooden chair frame only held up for one season. It cracked vertically and is unsafe. We asked the sales person, how it would hold up outside and were told coat it with poly once a year and it will last years. It did not. Quite sad, it was nice for the few months we got to use it. I would not recommend the purchase of a wood frame.

I like this place I was looking for a hammock chair and I found it at disney springs, the guy was very informative answer all the questions and let me try all the products that they carry.i bought two of them one for my wife and one for my kid. Don't forget to buy the accessories to hang this things they carry the proper ones.

I ordered a chair from the Swings N' Things website, www.myhammock.com and I'm very happy with it. I wish I could say the same thing about their price or their customer service but from my experience, I can't recommend them. After placing the order, I received no shipping notices. I tried calling to get updates but they don't answer the phone. After trying by email, I finally got a reply confirming the shipment. When I received the chair, it had a different hammock company's label that showed a different website. That company's website showed the same chair at a lower price. Then I found it being sold at an even lower price on Amazon. I requested a price match per Swings N' Things' lowest price guarantee. Ivan said the Amazon chairs weren't the same quality so he would not honor the price guarantee but I could return mine for a refund minus my shipping cost. I decided to contact the other company in Key West where they show the same chair at a lower price. I asked about the chairs on Amazon where they are selling them as well. The owner there was honest. He said the Amazon chairs are exactly the same and it's where they'll be the lowest price. I wanted a second chair so I ordered another one on Amazon. The chair arrived and it's the same chair. It's the same brand. It came in the same packaging and it has the same label as the one from Swings N' Things. (See picture). As the Key West owner said, "there is no quality difference". The only difference is it's $60 less on Amazon! Once again, I do not recommend Swings N' Things.

This company was extremely responsive and helpful when I had a mechanical problem with a Giant Hammock Chair stand I purchased. Ivan was amazing and helped me from beginning to end! Morning coffee on the lanai has never been so comfortable!!

I’ve waited 10 years to buy a Swing n’ Things because I didnt have a house in Orlando. Today, 05/30/22 I finally went to buy a hammock. My 6 yo boy had the dare to seat in one of the hamlocks, the guy in charge yelled at my son! I wasnt able to decide if I was going to slap the guy or just go away. I preferred to be civilized, different of Swing n’ Things

I bought the giant hammock chair in the Downtown Disney location with the kit to hang in my ceiling- I later changed my mind and ordered a hammock stand- I had some technical issues and contacted the company- Ivan the owner, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my issue straightened out- he answered all of my questions and concerns and directed me to solve the issue- He even gave me his cell number! My swing is the centerpiece of my lanai and I love it!!!

I placed an order for a hanging chair on 4/7 I never got any additional update so contacted them via their website on 4/12 Ivan the president called me and said the chair would be shipping by the end of the week 4/15 came and went no tracking info on 4/20 I contacted them via their website and again Ivan called and promised the chair was shipping that day and would send tracking info later that day --- surprise surprise no tracking so yet again on 4/26 I contacted them via website requesting an e-mail update no calls now got an e-mail from Ivan that finally had tracking info upon checking it did ship from CA on 4/21 -- can't say what condition because it is not here yet If you expect to deal with truthfully people find another source buyer beware

Nick from NJ was the kindest human I have ever encountered at Disney. He was able to explain every difference in each hammock and made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has questions between the joki and jumbo chairs

I ordered a hammock on July 23, 2020 and originally was told it was backordered and would not arrive until September. Completely understandable with the pandemic. It is now April 2021, and not only did I never receive it, no one will answer my calls or emails. I’ve left multiple messages asking for an update on my order with no response. I understand that things are delayed, but getting back to your customers goes a long way. Order at your own risk.

We purchased two hammock chairs here and had delivered. Mine is fine, but my wives swing bar was cracked and the top ring that connects to the spring came apart. We contacted the company, sent pictures and were promised a replacement bar that includes the ring. It's been months. After dozens of sent emails and follow up, it appears we have are being ghosted. These companies are great if you are local and can get to their location for in person customer service, but I would not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't live in close proximity to one of their retail locations. We don't know what steps we are going to take next, but if I could give negative stars, I would. It has been an unbelievably frustrating experience with this company.
