This address popped up for scheduling test drive. I registered and got follow up email too, and when I reached at location no one attended, after some time the guy came and told me that this location is not for test drive. If not then why they have confirmed? Also when I told to remove address so no one gets confused then he said he doesn't have any control over. Mr.Musk this is 2nd time I got worst customer service and no one listens. Fix that first. Tesla customer service is frustrating.

Communication here is horrible.The biggest issue I had was that you get an estimate and then a bill. Nowhere between there do they say exactly what was wrong and what they plan to fix or provide a quote before work starts. The all supposedly gives you a status but just says preparing the entire time until work is done. They also have you drop off your car at your appointment time even though they won't look at it for a few more days. They should just push your drop off time/day back. In addition, they can do any small repairs like replace a valve. Instead they replace entire large assembly. It saves them some time and cost you much more money

My car is still in service, but I absolutely need to write a review for Jared. What an absolute gem of a human being. Up until now, from sales to service, my experience with Tesla has been extremely lackluster. Jared and the team here has absolutely "healed the wound". Jared was incredibly attentive to detail, kind, empathetic, and dealt with all of my issues and concerns promptly. Like I said, they still have my car as of right now but I'm not remotely concerned. Highly recommend and Jared's pay should be doubled here! Haha.

As others have said Tesla service is so incredible bad. Cars are awesome but if you ever need ANYTHING serviced it is a horrid experience. I bought a brand new Model X plaid. Had to wait a month for an appointment and another 3 weeks then holding my car. They have changed my car pick up time THREE separate times. Right now Tesla can get away with this because their cars are so good but once other companies start catching up you will see their retention for existing customers go down significantly. I’m strongly considering selling my brand new X plaid and going with a company like Porsche or someone like that that actually cares about the customer. UNREAL.

This place has improved greatly since my last visit. Still a tight maze of cars to wind through to get to the service parking spaces, but at least now there are service desks and people behind them that greet you when you walk in the door. I was introduced to my service advisor, who was knowledgeable and friendly. My service job was finished in less time than they estimated. I'd give 5 stars for this visit but minus one because the parking lot is still a mess.

I LOVE my Tesla and thats why I'm telling y'all DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. A while back I was having an service code pop up on my screen constantly.. I scheduled my appointment and went in. They told me it would be about an hour and no need for a rental car, as I expected. After about 20 minutes they come out to me and say they actually DO need to give me the rental car, but mine should be ready in 3 days. That's fine with me. Noting that the rental was disgusting and had trash in the console.. Then the 3 days go by and my app tells me the service hasn't even been started. I message asking if I can still pick up my car on the scheduled date and they say it's still in service.. then message me the next day that they have finished diagnosing my car (lied about the service already being in progress) and that the part needed would take 3-5 days. 9 days after I dropped it off I come back and pick up my "finished" car, and the error message is still on the screen. I notify them immediately and take it back. I'm trying to keep my cool at this point cause I hate to complain. I leave my car again and take the same disgusting rental. He told me it would be done in a couple days. I drove off the lot and he put the pick up time as 5 days later, so I didn't really appreciate him lying to my face. They message me five days later and tell me my car is STILL being DIAGNOSED. Finally, after 18 days total in the shop, they tell me my car is complete and ready to go. Im so excited, only to find that the service code is still there.. AND whatever they DID do resulted in both of my USB ports to no longer work. I messaged them about these issues and instead of responding, they closed the service chat aka ignored me. I spent weeks communicating with this location because it's the only convenient option for me but I guess i will have to travel to have this error code solved (third times the charm?) and the USB ports that they broke fixed. Save yourself the headache, these people don't know what they're doing and they will lie to you about your vehicle.

All I have to say is that Brandon was amazing with his customer service. Our auto pilot was not working while traveling from nyc, I was able to grab an appointment for the next day.Auto pilot and minor bumper damaged fixed in one day.All thanks to great communication and customer service by Brandon.Thank you

The car isn't worth the price and the services terrible and always delayed. I never seem something like this in America. Please don't buy Tesla. You will make biggest mistakes.

My friends warned me about coming to get my car serviced at this Tesla. About the long waits and horrible service.Regardless of the warnings, I went with a positive attitude as it was my first time. I was feeling hopeful.My 2023 Model 3 was squeaking LOUD every time i reversed, so i made an appointment weeks ahead of time for a 2 pm appointment.I arrived on time and checked in (no one greeted me and i had to stand infront of their desks for a while for them to acknowlegde me), they told me to sit and wait and someone was going to be with me.I waited.. 45 minutes to be exact.. i got up and asked if anyone was available as no one had got to me yet. They said they will be right with me.Another hour waiting, it is now 3:45, finally someone went outside with me to hear my concerns about the brakes. They said easy fix, should take about 15 mins.I asked if i should stay or wait, they said wait because its quick and i dont need a loaner car, i dont need to be picked up or anything.. just wait.Is 4 pm at this point, still in good spirits as they said it will be easy to fix. I wait another hour. 5 pm at this point and my car is still parked outside, not serviced.I ask again, whats going on. They said they will get to it. Mind you I AM THE ONLY ONE WAITING AT THIS POINT... aloneee in the waiting room.Is 6 pm now.. 4 hours waiting. Im the only one left, half the staff has went home.I ask again.. what is going on, no one is updating me, i see my car is clearly still parked outside NOT being serviced.They assure me im next, to just keep waiting.7 pm... my car finally gets serviced at 7 pm....5 HOURS OF WAITING.They say we wont charge you, free of charge to make things okay, because they were trying to charge me $165 then $65 even though my car is under warranty!!The employee that was assigned to me from the beginning never showed his face again, he didnt even apologize or explain what took so long.All the other employees just said your not my customer so idk whats going on, this shouldnt had taken so long, you should had been in and out. But no one knew what was going on. I pray that my brakes are fixed for sure and nothing else happens to my tesla.I CANNOT imagine going back and getting any service done again for my car.It sucks that people have to act like Karens to get good customer care, but the patient, respectful customers are taken advantage off in the way i was..If you have ANY issues with your car and you have to take it here, DO NOT WAIT.Let them give you a loaner car, get uber vouchers, GO HOME and dont come back until you know for sure your car is ready.

I've never had a problem here. The staff always take good care of me. Sometimes it's my fault when I just show up for service without an appointment. They still always squeeze me in.

Despite having an enormous backlog of vehicles, the Tesla Eatonville service team repaired the air conditioning in my Model S quickly and professionally. Although I've owned my Model S for 7 years, it's rare that I ever need to go to a service center... yet in the few occasions I've needed to visit Tesla Service in Eatonville, they've always been great!

I never write reviews unless it’s really bad. The worst time to deal with customer service. I have 2022 model 3 performance and yet to be at the dealership almost every month. The most problem the i keep getting service for is “Passenger Safety Restraint System Fault”. This is my third time for this exact reason. The car will keep beeping every 30 seconds because of this fault. Just imagine how annoying driving for a month on a drive for it to keep beeping the whole way! Almost every appointment I take gets pushed back a month a day before my actual service day. Yet they say it’s an easy fix on the phone… then why push my appointment. I would highly avoid this dealership specifically if you plan on picking up your car or deal with service.

A car dealership in a mall is not a great idea. 19 year olds who have no idea what they are doing trying to sell $100k model S plaids even worse.My buddy has the model S plaid and I had liked it.I was trying to lease a model S plaid through my business and the sales person had zero idea how it was done/ &7500 tax credit , etc….All he could do is pull the car in the website.What a turn off to the Tesla brand. Left and will be looking for a different car.

Picked up my car from the OBT location. Had several paint flaws. Had to drop the car off at a paint and body shop for a week. Then vibration in my vehicle. They balanced. Still didn't go away. The rep tells me they can't drive it at a higher speed and if they can't drive it at a higher speed and replicate the issue, nothing for them to fix. So a vehicle designed and made for speed can't be fixed with an obvious vibration at higher speeds??? What a joke. How about you look for a tire issue, a wheel issue, or whatever else can cause vibrations at that speed??? Rep tells me, "we are at an impasse" and some other excuse that made no sense. Tesla's "I don't care" reputation at its finest. Unfortunately no choice when one owns these vehicles. I hope they get their act together soon.

I was helped by Andy, who partnered me with Matt. Matt, otherwise known as Batman, was phenomenal. I learned more from Matt than I every had with anyone I communicated with in Tesla. The love for the brand, product, and service that Matt demonstrated was unmatched to any service that I’ve ever received. Matt took me for a test drive to hear the rattling that was coming from the vehicle, and immediately, he knew the issue. Furthermore, after we completed the test drive, he took the liberty to show me functions, features, benefits, and the outstanding experiences that I will be utilizing in my Tesla. He wasn’t trying to sell me, but rather inform me. However, based on his inform, I’m ready to purchase another Tesla so my wife could have her own Tesla experience.That was the best service that I have EVER received from any dealership. When I was in the process of purchasing my Tesla, as we all may have encountered, the associates selling you the Tesla only direct you to the app and have minimal conversation about the questions you may have. Better yet, they don’t take the liberty to show and/or explain the details and features of the vehicle. Well, the gentlemen Matt at the 100 S Lake Destiny Dr. , Eatonville, Fl Tesla location, is BY FAR the best associate that I’ve encountered at Tesla. He DEFINITELY knows his stuff and shares it with his customers so they are able to love, experience, and take advantage of all the features Tesla has to offer. Thank you, Matt!!!! Incredible!Ask for Matt (Batman) for help and getting the full benefits of your car!
