Please stay away!He did not fix my engine light and didn't give me back my running boards/failed to comply with the contract by giving me back the side steps of my trade in. When I asked last time for them I received a threatening text that he will take legal action against me if I contact him or any of the employees. I hope he does so a judge can see the kind of bussiness he runs. The mechanic found that the one injector that he replaced had a cap removed making the car prone to get on fire. I'm at the dealer trying to recoup my side steps. I will be formally complaining to BBB of bussiness practices like his.Please Stay away. Oscar the owner of this car dealership knew my car that was going to trade in was in the shop with an engine light on. However after giving him 1000 $ to wait for my car to be repaired he took 2000$ out of the trade in value and said he will fix the car himself and to close the deal I had to bring the car that day. So.. I accepted the lesser value in my car and brought the car in. He test drove it. Saw the light on and still continued with my trade in (even without me having in hand my title) because my car runned great!!!I bought from him a Santa Fe 2015 with 2 weeks warranty for the engine and transmission (I'm still under warranty for 3 more days) because also had the engine light on, had two windows not rolling down (fixed now by him) and AC was low on Freon (fixed as well) plus needed paint touch ups front and back bumper and some on the sides (all in the contract to fix as an addendum to an As- is contract)Yesterday he asked me to give my qx 60 title to a random guy that will do the paint touch up (and now touch up is only going to be done to a small area of the car). I took the car to the mechanic of his choice that reset the. IDE engine light turned off and told me issue wasn't fixed, he told me he need to fix my car and his next availability iof Feb 8. Called oscar and he is refusing to take care of my engine light issue because in his opinion when the mechanic reset the code the light went off but the mechanic told me the issue is not fixed and as soon as I drove the car out of the parking lot the engine light was on again. Oscar stated the engine light is a maintenance issue and not actually the engine.. and told me to bring the car back because he is going to reverse the purchase (which is not even legal).I'm posting pic of the issues with engine, paint and he owes me the side steps of my old car with the excuse they are still mounted on the car and they will be of no use to me when removed.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called ahead to make sure the car was available since I was an hour away. I spoke with Daryl and it was no nonsense from beginning to end. He explained to me the price is the price, the dealer fee is the dealer fee and if that works for you come test drive the car and if it doesn't don't waste your time. The vehicle was represented well on line, no surprises. The numbers were exactly what he said they would be, no surprises. The paperwork took less than 15 minutes and I was out the door.

One week into purchasing a 2016 Explorer Sport and all is well. Offered me a bit more for my trade than others and good price on purchase. Process was quick and easy. No issues with car at this point. Worked with Garvin who made the process quick and with no fuss. I’ll check back in at 3months if anything changes. Thanks to Auto Source for the quick dealings.
