Definitely recommend if you're looking for a neat place for a small treat to excite kids of all ages. We loved that the clear glass windows allowed us to view from both outside and inside the store into the world of ganache square artistry. It truly is an art form, as each square is enveloped in an outer chocolate coating in small batches. We purchased different ganache squares and a hot chocolate and everything was exquisite. You may think that the hot chocolate appears small, but after the first sip you'll understand why due to the richness of the chocolate inside. We saw another patron order a hand crafted s'more while we waited in line, and that was another masterpiece. The staff are very friendly towards all of the customers and truly create an inviting atmosphere within the small storefront. We will return upon our next trip to the area.

An unfortunate experience that I hope to be superceded by a future visit. The fact that you can see the creations being made through the glass windows drew me in. My first visit years ago, I did not go in. This time, curiosity got the better of me and my now 10years older son who has a passion for everything chocolate. He purchased a delicious drink, and we selected about six chocolates - as expensive as they were, we wanted to try them. The lovely, patient lady behind the counter helped with the selection based on our tastes and preferences - which was nice. Why the 2 stars? The shop is small and there were six of us. Others wanted to come in, so five of us waited outside while my son paid the bill and collected the ever so neatly wrapped delicacies. I am a stickler when it comes to price gouging. And that's what happened. We were charged duplicate for everything! My brother decided we should just walk away rather than go back and make the warranted fuss in this tiny shop that is already packed with people. So we did. Sadly, never to return.

OMG don't ever pass this place without getting a hot ganache. It's chocolatey salty/sweet with whipped cream and little malt balls on top. Amazing! I also watched them make a snore while in line- looked incredible. The place is small and quaint with chocolate treats to return home with.

I am absolutely obsessed with their hot ganache! It is easily one of my favorite things ever. The peppermint s'more was lacking though. I don't know if the cracker was supposed to be soft but it tasted almost stale. I wasn't a fan of that. The store is extremely small and can get crowded very quickly. I have yet to try their ganache pieces but they look good. Next time!

Cute chocolate / ganache shop located in Disney Springs. The chocolate boxes really make for great gifts to bring for people as souvenirs. I got the hot ganache, which was super rich. You definitely have to like chocolate to enjoy it. It's fun to watch them make the deserts through the window! It's pricy, but I think it's worth it to check it out while you're in Disney springs. I think next time I'll try the S'mores!

I always adore coming here, the service and food are always great. I tried the peppermint chocolate smores they have during the winter season and the hot ganache and a box of six chocolate pieces with holiday flavors(eggnog, snickerdoodle, gingerbread) and mint, orange, and pistachio.

This place is real! I heard so much about this candy store that I had to stop in. Their seasonal offerings include a MIckey Mouse gingerbread chocolate pinata and a prepackaged 6 piece box of their famous ganche squares. This box has Disney characters on the box and inside is an assortment of different flavors. Each square has a Disney character on it so you can tell them apart. The box is small so it is the perfect size for souvenir gifts and to easily take home on a plane. I bought two boxes with that in mind and decided to try one out while I was down here. Each square sells for $3.00 and that price carries through regardless of the number you purchase. I loved looking at the Disney characters and being a dark chocolate lover had to go with the Minnie one. My husband opted for a plain milk chocolate peanut butter one. The counter lady answered whatever questions I had and helped me with my purchases. The store is small but very trendy. Once we completed the purchase we went outside to enjoy our treats. Needless to say this was one of the best candies I had in a long time. So rich and so fresh!! You can tell it is made in house. Have people who love "Frozen?" Get the Olaf hot chocolate surprise. The candy is shaped like him and goes directly into your hot chocolate. I'm sure my girlfriend will love the box I got her while I devour the 2nd one for myself. I'm glad I could find something that we could easily enjoy and just as easily pack in my suitcase. Located in Disney Springs not too far from Ragland Rd pub, there is a parking garage nearby as well as public transportation.

Expensive "boutique" chocolate. I loved their seasonal chocolate peppermint bark s'more. The shop lost a star because of the ridiculous high price of $8.50 for it. Staff was NOT friendly or welcoming.

The Ganachery is a must visit if you like chocolate. The chocolates are made in store - they are beautiful, delicious, and come in a bunch of different flavors including fun seasonal flavors. I always have to visit the Ganachery and get the s'more. They make it to order and it's worth every single penny. Everything about it is elevated above your typical s'more - house made graham crackers, homemade marshmallows, ganache, and a nice sprinkling of salt. Come here for the s'more and pick up some chocolates to take home.

I had only popped into this spot before to check it out, but hadn't ordered from here. My friend recently suggested getting a few pieces of chocolate. We split the box of 6. I had gotten the caramel, mint, and gingerbread (seasonal). I can't wait to try other flavors! Staff was very helpful.

A trip to Disney Springs is not complete without a box of chocolates from The Ganachery. They make beautiful gifts for your friends or family. We are boring and like the vanilla and sea salt the best but passion fruit, pistachio and coconut are also top tier. If you are there in the fall you have to get the homemade s'mores, it will be the best s'more of your life.

The Ganachery is always one of our favorite places to stop when visiting Disney Springs! From the open window which allows guests to see treats being made, to the smell of warm chocolate it's always a good experience. Castmembers are always helpful and seem very knowledgeable of the various chocolate options available. While visiting I grabbed some small chocolates and the Haunted Mansion drink which was good. It did taste more like a chocolate milk but I would still drink it again. The location is a little small so maybe consider leaving the stroller outside if you visit with kids but I can assure you they will enjoy the chocolate window!

I LOVE S’MORES!! And this place did NOT disappoint! The Mickey Smore was perfect! The graham was so soft in the best way. The marshmellow was fluffy but also not to sticky/messy. It was the perfect proportion of graham, chocolate, and marshmallow. I had half left for home a day later and it was still perfectly delicious, put together and I wish I had ordered another. It was also really cool to see the staff behind the “window” making them live. The chocolates were also really flavorful- I had the coffee one and it was so rich and prominent coffee flavor -I feel other places make chocolate with a hint of flavor that you can barely taste. This was bursting with coffee flavor and a perfect bite!

Wow what a costly disappointment this place turned out to be. Honestly some of the worst chocolate I have ever had. I ordered a 6 piece box and the haunted mansion box. They should be sued for the poor quality products and ingredients they are selling for $16 & $18 a box. I am in the keys and purchased a .99 cent chocolate down here that was better. I have been to chocolate stores from Florida to Massachusetts and this quality of chocolate was comparable to the squares you get from an arts and crafts store to melt! The fillings were worse and I tried 10 different pieces to put that in perspective for you.

Loved this place! After a disappointment around the corner from a bake shop, we got in a small line and tried this. The Hot Ganache (comes with or without Kahlua) was DE-LICIOUS!! We tried a couple of various pieces of chocolate and loved them all!
