“I was in the area and decided to try to find a local health food store. I needed some supplements and came across Chamberlin's. I learned that it was popular among locals and had been in the area for quite a while. I decided to give it a try. I pulled into the plaza and was able to find parking easily. As I entered the store, I found a small produce section to my right. As I perused the inventory, I was quite surprised by the produce because, for the most part, it was obviously not too fresh. One would have to search very intentionally and be very picky in order to choose the very few fresher produce items. I was hoping that this initial experience wasn't indicative of the entire store. I'm glad to report that it wasn't. I was pleasantly surprised at how large and organized the store was. They had an extensive freezer section. I was able to find a loaf of very healthy, whole grain bread in the freezer section. I found the supplements that I needed. There was even a friendly employee that helped me with information about the products! The cashier was friendly and helpful too! I would definitely return.”

Ram himself is extremely knowledgable of all products in his store, regularly researching studies on new products he brings in. His guidance over the years and the quality products at Max Muscle Millenia have helped me achieve several different athletic feats ranging from physique competitions, to marathons, to a multitude of other physical accomplishments. Having worked there, I can attest that Ram holds employees to a high standard and made sure we thoroughly researched the ingredients of various products so that we could provide the most concise information to customers on what they were buying. This isn’t a business that brings people in because they give away a bunch of $2 t-shirts or utilize gimmicky marketing tactics like other local retailers. The regulars that come in have remained regulars through the years due to the genuine information and guidance that they receive, and because of the wide range of quality products that Max Muscle Millenia carries. There are cheap imitations, but there are no stores like Max Muscle in Central Florida for supplement needs.”

“Get their brewed hemp tea. It has given me the best sleep of my life. I take 1/2 cup with a half cup of my favorite juice about 90 minutes before bed time and I wake up feeling refreshed, more beautiful, and ready to take on the day. I've been taking this for three weeks now and the inflammation has already left my body. Anxiety is becoming a distant memory. This stuff is a game changer and I will no longer do without. I found this place because I had a migraine attack while I was at an event downtown and this was the closest place nearby with CBD oil (since I left mine at home).Instead, the lady there gave me a sample of their brewed hemp tea, and the excruciating headache began to fisappear within 5-7 minutes of me drinking this stuff.
