Management needs to step up their game. The floors were sticky. The service was slow. Sunday afternoon and three people working. One on drive thru. One at register. And one preping food. Must have been short handed.

It took over 20 minutes to get my food. This is not the first time. This place is well known for taking long time getting your food... Only had 5 minutes to scarf my food down to go back to work

The guy at the register was super duper uper slow. He speaks too softly and too fast. He was slow at understanding also. Then he was saved by the girl in the drive thru counter. She was fast and understandable. The food was like in every Wendy's, good. Good chilli. Got coke freestyle.

The food was prepared quickly, it was warm and fresh when I got it. The service through the drive thru was excellent, polite and courteous.

Showed up well past dinner hour. There was a bike in the entrance which made it a little tight for us to get in. The menu board was not working, and the employees acted as though they didn’t understand that why we felt we needed a menu. The ketchup dispenser didn’t work and once again we seemed like a nuisance when we had to ask for ketchup packs. The ladies room had toilet paper all over the floor. This was one of the most uncomfortable visits to a national fast food chain I have ever experienced. I am from out of town, so I realize it might not always be this bad, but I was very disappointed.
