I *highly recommend this store and its staff. The store is super nice and clean, the staff were experts and helped me super fast. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. And that’s saying ALOT for a cell phone store.

VERY knowledgeable about the product, Samsung Galaxy, that I was inquiring about. A personable young man that has the ability to explain his cell phone knowledge to me, an 83 year old, in terms I could understand.
How fortunate I was to have him wait on me at the AT&T store. Thank you, Theodore Wass.

Lilly and Destiny were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Jacob, the store manager, engages with the customers well and is flexible and reasonable in his interactions with the other employees and customers.
The store unit however has a musty and moldy smell to my wife and I. We had to leave the store for a few minutes to get some "fresh air" to get a break from the musty\moldy smell.
I told the AT&T distract manager (who just happened to be visiting this location during our visit) about the musty\moldy smell and he listened well and was very receptive to the customer feedback.
This store plays a key role for the Ormond Beach area, I hope AT&T corporate addresses the musty\moldy smell and considers a bit of an interior remodel that reflects the importance this store plays to its AT&T customers.

The good- the rep handled my issue politely and with ease. He lnnew what he was doing. The bad- after agreeeing to a callback to cut down my waiting time. I waited nearly an hour on hold after the callback to start getting help.
