I had bought a new phone somewhere else, I was cornered at a super center . I need to learn to say no. Anyway, my back up and restore went bad. I took my phone to Dave and without hesitation fixed all my issues. I can not speak highly enough about this store. Trinity was an amazing help as well. I will Always Always come here with future upgrades and purchases!!!!!! Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Dave (the store manager) is a consummate professional that understands the importance of excellence customer service and has an excellent understanding of how to proceed with conflict resolution.
Would definitely recommend that this gentleman receives high praise for his high service standards!

While we were on vacation my son lost his phone but thank goodness we found this store and we were able to get a new phone and tablet the same day and our bill stayed the same! Great customer service and the manager was super professional!

Terrible service. Singed up a year ago with a gentlemen who spoke to fast and didnt tell me what i was singing up for. Gave over $1000 I phone just to have to pay 22 dollars a month for a new samsung galaxy which was supposed to be "free" and then hear i am a year later and the phone doesnt even have an esim option because the carrier locked it after the device has been unlocked I still cant have the esim option on my phone. DONT SIGN UP WITH ANYONE! WASTE OF MONEY!

Dave was amazing! His ability to multi-task, trouble shoot, and handle a wide array of customers was impressive. His patience with me as a technologically challenged iPhone user was so appreciated. His humor was on point and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty. I was able to build a nice rapport with Dave and I have no doubt that I will reach out to him again if I need assistance.
