AutoZone in Ormond Beach FL is a leading retailer of auto parts new and remanufactured hard parts maintenance items and car accessories. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Customer tested old battery installed a new battery and changed a bad battery with no charge. The manager personally changed out a battery and had the car on the way again in minutes. Staff went at closing time to helping with car and went well above beyond normal service. The representative was honest and the store was a spot to go when you need to know parts or battery charge.
Excellent customer service! Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. Got me what I needed & made a great suggestion on an auto repair shop to replace my battery. Will be returning if I ever need anything else.

Rick checked my battery & installed a new, plus my wipers needed replacing & he did that too. Straight forward, no BS kinda guy. He will be the reason that I’ll go back. Rare customer service in today’s world. Thanks so much
