Under renovation. We stayed there when was Best Western. Now, no hot breakfast. No microwave, small fridge, or a coffee pot. While there, hot water and wifi was out. Used Expedia to book and couldn't refund or change to another hotel without us paying for it. Very disappointed with a place we called our home away from home for many years. Stick with an actual Best Western or another hotel group.

I never recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a very bad management. The breakfast is very bad and does not include eggs. It does not include anything. It is a mess of a hotel opposite the hotels, there are much nicer and cheaper hotels than this hotel a disaster tricks people by certain methods and when you arrive Here is a mess an unopenable mess a dirty hotel

This hotel is beat down, there is only one working elevator and it looks and smells old. It’s right on the beach which is good and has free breakfast and parking and a nice pool, but came in on night two and a roach was crawling up the wall. They said they didn’t have extra wash clothes and no microwaves. I’m used to staying in plush hotels had I paid for this hotel I would be upset and want my money back but bc it was free with a time share promotion I can’t complain. They are in dire need of a renovation.Rooms: Horrible, needs a deep cleaning the sheets I requested to be changed were stained.

The area of the room was quiet. There was a roach on the wall in the room, water was hot in the shower, beautiful beach front view, and the carpet floors could use a shampoo because of the stains. The beds weren't as comfortable, but the room/hotel overall did it was suppose to do.

The room was in disrepair!
There were comically large permanent stains in the carpet and the bed made a loud cracking sound if you sat at the foot of the mattress. The furniture piece holding the fridge was broken at the bottom (if you opened the fridge door, it swung the fridge almost entirely out of the furniture entirely due to the damaged base) leaving the fridge at a fall risk, and the toilet paper holder was broken with only one screw left attaching it to the wall.
The only way to stay here and be even remotely satisfied is to be out of the room for the entirety of the day and only sleep here.

The service was amazing everyone was very nice and helpful. Great job on breakfast. It was pretty good. The access to the ocean was amazing and not super crowded. The only complaint was the bases of the beds could have been wiped down. Especially being that this is an older hotel. But our experience was good overall. I would go back. Maybe we will try an ocean front suite next time.

This motel has went down hill. This is my very last stay here would have moved but they wouldn’t give me my money back. They have homeless people in the smoking area since they don’t shut the door that requires a key. My husband went up and told them they have a very drunk lady in the pool. Her friends rolled her out of the pool twice she puked all over the pool deck. They wouldn’t do anything said she is an adult. Had to be moved rooms first room was nasty and nothing worked. Look else where especially if you are handicapped they don’t have any accessibility to the pool or even to get down to the pool.

This place breaks the record for being the most filthy and disgusting hotel out there. The outside bathroom by the pool looks and smells like it’s been doused with a bucket of pee, and is never cleaned. The building is very dated inside and out, and the color is that of vomit. When you walk on the balcony and expect a lovely view of the ocean with a salty breeze, you’re instead hit in the face with a the pungent odor of fecal material. Dare not walk anywhere without your shoes, as the carpet in the room is severely stained and dirty and the outside areas have never been pressure washed. The walls and ceilings in the room make you question what occurred before you arrived. The good thing is that if you’re an inconsiderate jerk and enjoy subjecting other humans to your bumping music at 1am, you’re free to do so. Staff never go to the pool area and there are zero regulations. Hope you’re friendly with the homeless because this is their hangout spot. The location is the only redeeming quality as it is right on the beach.

The first room they put us in was right outside the elevator, very noisy! The room had a musty smell, the patio door did not close, so it couldn't be locked, we couldn't sit on the patio because the air conditioner blew hot air out there. So we asked to be moved and that room was worse! There was mold growing in the ac unit, the smell was terrible, green mold on patio from ac. So we told the front desk we would not be staying 3 nights and the only answer was, "Be sure to check out by 11 so you don't get charged." Needless to say, we will never stay there again!!

Hotel definitely run down for price! Shower backed up, stool also, of two, & parking was extremely limited (more rooms than parking space, and they will tow their own customers' vehicles)! Of the two elevators, one was broke down and the other went wherever it wanted, You pretty much just had to ride it till it stopped on your floor! Pool was unsupervised and any & everyone would come off beach to use pool! Not advisable to let kids swim on beach as they fish right next to people in water, bringing predators fish right to the swimmers!

The Hotel Have Nice View. And good location. The problem is we get roches the first room and then changing to to other room and it is the same. So the hotel have to be clean. I don'twant to see any roches.

I have to say the pictures are very deceiving online.This was an awful hotel the rooms were not ready and there were crack in the door and bugs on the counter and there was only one elevator was working and it took a very long time so we had to use the stairs case and if you go to the last floor you are lock out and only way to leave is through the garage basement this will be my 1st and last time coming to this hotel.
Rooms: The Room was okay if it was your last choice and the floors were dirty and the view was awful and there was bugs on the counter.
