This is the Chase bank location I use. The teller service has always been efficient, professional and accurate. It is a fine service and client orientated.

Called to confirm if this bank was open and automated system indicated they were, while website indicated otherwise. Could not speak with an actual human being only leave a message. I waited to complete a survey and this function also failed. Chase must be setting a New Standard for impersonal banking experience. I will take my business where transparency and accountability are reflected in personalized attention while building valued business partnerships.

This location is horrible, how do you give someone an interview and never call or send them an email stating if they got the job or not. Will never apply to this comalpany again. Will never bank here either.

Awkward location. Convenient parking with a drive through. Friendly “hellos” by staff asyou enter. However, they charged a $10 service charge to cash their own check. And then it took 10 minutes + at the teller to process. Not recommended

I went to the 75 Shadow Lakes branch. My issue was dismissed. I tried calling to schedule a meeting with the branch manager, it took the calls n 3 transfers. I was told there was no manager at this branch and referred to the Williamson branch.
