“I have been a fan of ROSS stores for over 20 years, mapping out my shopping in Orlando years ago so I could shop at 3 of them in one day! My niece used to say to me, “Auntie, please don’t go to ROSS”! I’ve only been in this store I handful of times since moving here 5 years ago, but the clerk I had yesterday will certainly cause me to stay away. She was unhappy with all of us shopping during their annual mark-down day (or whatever they call it). She complained to me how we didn’t come in to buy the clothes last week, instead waiting to come in yesterday for the marked-down merchandise: the nerve of us!! ? She actually said to me “it’s all about greed”!I told her I was buying bargains to help my 2 nieces by taking advantage of the bargains for their young kids! She was the rudest clerk I’ve had anyway in a long time.”
