I made a appointment on line for a Covid shot for 9/26, 5:00pm. Got there only to find out they were out of the vaccine. They could have told me on line as checked in on line. They made another appointment for 10/3 and told me to come between 8 & 11. I was there at about 9:15, checked in an took a seat . There was 1 lady ahead of me. After about 10 minutes the lady was called in. In the mean time 3 more people checked in BEHIND me. The provider saw that I was there first but ignored me and called them ahead of me. I went to the pharmacy counter to ask what was going on. They just shrugged their shoulder and said "I don't know". I left and went to Publix walked in and got my vaccination. I won't shop or use CVS again. Publix has my business and I'll tell all who will listen how screwed up CVS is.

Called three times to the pharmacy and no one picked up. I let it ring for 20 minutes each time.

If I could give them a zero I would. They closed up early with no notice to their customers. I had a prescription ready that I had to have filled early because of the hurricane and they closed down. I have no way to get my prescriptions during this hurricane. This is the worst most unorganized Walgreens I have ever had to deal with! When they open back up I will be transferring everything over to CVS

I called to see why I didn't receive a notification about my daughters prescription. which was past due. I said I usually get a text. the tech in the pharmacy said " when you have Medicaid we don't do that" I explained well for the past 6 years twice a month I have received these texts. has it changed. she replied I have been doing this for many years and we have never done this. well an arrogant person doesn't like to be wrong. so when I showed her all of the texts she tried to make excuses and say I was wrong. proof is there and she still was rude as ever. if you hate your job that much quit. no reason to be so rude. If my child goes into a seizure cause she doesn't get her meds. I know whose fault it is. CVS will have a law suit

Pharmacy has the WORST service of any pharmacy I have ever been to. Liquid antibiotic has to have a flavoring or the child won't take it. They are always out!!! Plus the wait time to have a script filled is ridiculous!!

They are absolutely the worst. They are understaffed and you have to wait a long time to get attention. They don't care about costs. They will say that's $200, $400 or whatever. It's like pulling teeth to get them down to the GoodRx price. They make it very clear they are annoyed when to talk price. They expect you to happily pay $200 or whatever. I believe they are losing business. Hope they continue in this direction so RiteAid etc can make a comeback.

I wrote an amazing review before, but let me tell you this. Since then I called yesterday to get a paper script that they had stored for me filled. I was on hold for 22mins before I finally hung up. Today I tried again but after 14 mins I hung up and sent my husband down there. While my husband was waiting to be waited on, they had 6 people working there and not one person bothered to answer the pharmacy phone. The phone say out loud over and over 1 person on hold. There is no excuse for this and I will be switching pharmacies for my next refills. They will loose a lot of money from this and I'm sure they are loosing a lot of customers because of this horrible service. I've never ever had this happen before in other cvs stores.

795 W Granada blvd store no 3227 7- 25 2019 day 1 had a script sent from doctor which was a workers comp deal went to pick it up nothing but trouble so i left . went to work 7-26-2019 contacted doctor from work told them was unable to pick up script ,then contacted workers comp adjuster told her never got my script. she stated everything was in check. then call CVS with my boss they stated it would be about 2hrs this was at 9:30 ish got off work at 2:30 which was 5hrs later went in script said it still wasn't filled said give me 10 minunite's . Told them iI would be back around 6:30 went back only to get 2 of the 3 scrip's they now say the 3rd one had not been approved yet when I know when i talked with adjuster at 9:30 that morning it had been approved . NOW I HAVE SHOP THERE LOT AND HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THERE OVER THE YEARS BUT I WILL NEVER GO AND SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS STORE END OF STORY. AND YES YOU THERE AT THIS CVS KNOW WHO WROTE THIS REVIEW. AGAIN THIS WAS STORE NO 3227 795 W GRANADA BLVD ORMOND BEACH FL 32174 SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS

The pharmacist is by herself and unraveling..we have been waiting in line for over an hour ...CVS needs to get her some help here this is ridiculously annoying for customers...hire some help CVS pharmacy

Friendly staff, always clean and well stocked, very helpful employees! The store relocated from the Trails shopping center to the corner of Granada and Nova. When it relocated, the store became 24 hours. The pharmacy portion of the store is also 24 hours. Very convenient!

Great new location from just down the road. Pharmacy staff (Dix) was great and pleasant. Very helpful with questions and even offered me a coupon card for my prescription. This store is brand new so it is spacious and well lit. Typically 24hr but it has been closed during some holidays and during hurricanes (Florida). If you need a CVS in Ormond this is the one.

Dropped a prescription off last night and was told it would be ready in just a few hrs. Fell asleep and figured I'd pick up the meds before going to work. Got there and my sons meds as well as mine were not filled. They said they had my information wrong. So then why didn't they call my cell number I provided them and they wrote on the prescription ? They had my sons information correct and they didnt fill his either. Just pure laziness and completely inconsiderate. That pharmacy is completely out of my way and I had to rush back to work without either of our meds. I didn't have 45 mins to spare for them to be filled. Not cool.
