If a Dr called in a prescription for you, are waiting four hour or next day to get it . ( knowing your in pain. When you picking up they said to you we never received it we lost it. They also said it's your responsibility to call the Dr tell that your prescription was lost. Clearly it wasn't your fault it there’s. Very frustrating. I had a prescription sent to Walmart neighbor hood. When I got there , I had wait only 10 minutes. They will text you when ready no text. I have to up there, knowing your prescriptions are ready unprofessional, rude, amber, was rude to me because my mom had surgery on her shoulder, she said can the tyolol over the counter is the same thing. I called the Dr told them what happened they say go back in get the prescription the Dr order for your mom, I went back in told amber what the Dr told me she was very rude, I'm trying to help you I said this is not the right tyolol for my mom ,so fix it. She fix it, she threw the prescription at me and ring her up, so I have to deal with her anymore. I even call corporate and told them.

This place always seems to never get my medication right. So just be aware they probably will over charge you and not set it right to where your insurance would’ve paid for it.

I think it is unethical to say the least when your medication keeps you alive but you are not able to call the pharmacy and actually speak with anyone. Then you wait in a line that is always at least 15 minutes long. Only to find out, your prescription is not ready. This has happened more than once after we returned because the pharmacist said the prescription would be ready.

The employees who work at the 24 hour store at Granada and Nova Rd are really mean, nasty, unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful! A heavy-set older lady and a younger guy with long hair pulled back were especially horrible to me. They harassed me and threatened me. I had already purchased several items and continued to shop when the younger guy told me I needed to finish shopping and leave the store or they were going to have me trespassed for loitering. I had already spent about $20 on my first purchase (the heavy set lady rang up my purchases for me) and received $40 cash back but I had still wanted to look at a few more things. How is that loitering? After they threatened to have me trespassed, I put a few items back where I found them and went to registers to pay for the rest of my items. I asked the lady if she wanted to ring me up or if I should go to the self-checkout. She rang up my purchases and didn't say one word to me or even look at me. I said, "Thank you, have a good night." She didn't reply.
I honestly think that they thought I was homeless because I rode my bike there. But I am not homeless. I like to get a lot of exercise. It was appalling customer service and very unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable, like I was being judged and harassed, not welcome at all, and very disrespected. I will never shop there again.

So I go in, go stand at the window to drop off, I'm next in line, the person ahead of me finishes up and the clerk walks away. I wait for about five minutes, no one even looked at me. The pick up line had two clerks off and on and the line was moving and I was on my lunch break so I jump into that line, six people ahead of me, but they're being helped. Get to the counter, the girl tells me I have to go back to the other line where I was to being with and no one helped me. I spent 20 minutes of my lunch waiting in lines. If that were my job, I would've helped me, knowing I had been waiting in that long line already and she'd seem me at the other window and hadn't acknowledged me. Cute pink hair does not make you better at your job and maybe if you spent more time caring for your customers you wouldn't get called out by hair color for being a terrible clerk

The worst pharmacy! They do NOT care about patient care. I hate that my job changed Rx plans. Dealing with this location and the pharmacy staff is horrible. Zero stars if I could rate. They like to blame everyone but themselves for problems with your prescription. Finally changed pharmacy and was told you don't have to explain your problems to us, we have some who needs this medication, when I've been trying to deal with them for over two weeks about copay. I do not recommend this location to anyone. CVS PHARMACY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS EXPERIENCE.

The worse ever. Rude when picking up medicines when you know there is more than what they are trying to give you and act as if they are bothered to look up and see there should be more. Sat for over 2 hours they tell me that the doctor only sent this one went back to doctor a d they said they sent them all but they do t take the time to look for more faxes or emails. So tired of the rude people who wait on you and the line is always from the back to the end of an aisle every day no since of customer sevice at all

Pharmacy staff are rude and act as if they are doing us a favor
If you don't like your job quit, don't take it out on the customers that pay your salary
They close for 30 minutes for lunch instead of rotating breaks, then they get mad when they have a pileup of customers waiting because nobody would think they were closed from 130-2 until they got there to pickup a prescription

The Store manager should be fired. We took two cameras to this store to develop photos from a family vacation. They lost one of the cameras! It took them an entire month to develop twelve photos. When we confronted them about the other set of photos they had no idea where they were and we were told we would get a call back in ten minutes. Well, that same gentleman told us he'd call us right back on three different occasions, never doing so. Finally we were fed up and asked for our camera back so we can take our business elsewhere. We were then told the camera is gone and all the photos on it were just black and blurry so don't worry about it. What are the odds of every photo (26) coming out dark and blurry when we vacationed on the beach ? This man is a complete liar and does not have a drop of customer Service in him. We ended up losing our memories from the trip and still waiting on a call back ! Thanks for nothing. Stay away.
