If they had 10 stars that is what I would rate this flooring company. Flooring beyond beautiful and no chemical smells, excellent quality. Rick the owner educated me on what type of flooring is the best for my needs. We decided to go with the glue down vinyl planks since my furniture is so very heavy and then we put carpet in a few rooms too. He asked my budget and then showed me what is in my budget and gave the best price and best products. His install team, AMAZING! They went beyond the normal scope of an installer, they had so many huge cracks to fill on our concrete floor and to level floor in our kitchen. The existing flooring trim was installed uneven when the home was built. Builder must have had some of the floor trim installed prior to laying the thick floor tiles and some after tiles were installed, leaving gaps all over my home. I am so glad we did rip out the flooring tiles with all the cracks. Gene (installer) went in and designed, cut, stained and sized the spaces needed, to fill in all the gaps around my entire home and it looks beautiful. Everyone included the cleaning company we hired thought we had real wood flooring. They said it even feels like real wood! Now I see why so many commercial businesses hire East Coast Flooring, they are truly the best and nicest caring honest upfront people.

Why don't people listen!! I have been shopping all over town and wasting my time. I get to East Coast and am talking to Donna for less than five minutes and bam! She pulls out the perfect carpet and for under budget. All the time I wasted! Never again, straight to Donna and Rick at East Coast from now on. Thanks guys!
