We do not buy or sell commercial firearms or "assault weapons" at all, and we do not (since 2003) sell any ammunition. EMPIRE ARMS is *NOT* open to the public. We only sell to Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL) through our website and ship via UPS only.

Total satisfaction. If you want top tier surplus firearms, Empire Arms is the place to shop. The descriptions with pictures are 100% accurate. Shipping is fast and pricing reasonable. Dennis' purchasing process is unique but smart. I made several purchases and was completely satisfied.
