Had a 5.00 coupon if you purchase , 25.00 or more which we did, got 6 12 packs of Pepsi. I clipped the coupon we went in and went to the register and, they can't make the coupon work! This is the 4th time!! I'm pissed! Those coupons should either work or, they should quit sending them! Home office apparently doesn't care so, I won't shop at any of the family or , dollar generals , because theirs doesn't work either, until they get this fixed!!

Store is dirty. They never answer the phone if you call to ask if they have something. I guess they are told to never answer the phone. Employees can be rude at times.

I loved this store. Been to a few locations in different cities/states over the years. This was by far the nicest one I've been to. Neat, well stocked and beautifully organized. Also, staff actually seemed happy to be working there and were pleasant. It was very enjoyable to shop there. When in the area, I will definitely stop by again. Other locations should follow their lead....good job!

This store has THE WORST customer service I've seen. There's always a big dramatic show every time. One manager in particular is always banning people from shopping for (what seems like) her own personal reasons.When my husband came home from an extended hospital stay due to COVID-19 & lung cancer, she ordered him to either take off his mask or hoodie so she could be sure that he was not a "banned customer". He refused because his immune system was still weak but she didn't care. She threatens to call the cops if he even stands outside with our dogs while I grab something.Also, they will not change item prices even if it is mislabeled or the sale tag hasn't been removed yet.If the store is getting close to closing, they harass customers to leave by announcing it every couple of minutes. Most employees are super unfriendly and they talk negatively about their customers to one another.Ive attempted to reach the corporate office several times but never get ANY response. Seems that customer service died with COVID

Family dollar along w/ Dollar General ARE way over priced for the cheap stuff that'll wear out in less than a week sometimes... Also the Stores seemed to never be stocked or a cashier around to Help ????
