Our daughter has been taking gymnastics classes here for about a year now. Started off in beginner and with the awesome coaching that she's received, she is now in advanced. Flight has a lot of options available and the staff is great. Can't beat open gym on Friday nights too!

Flight gymnastics is an amazing facility!! The coaches are awesome, from warmup , conditioning and the drills. We couldn't be happier with our daughter's training for competitive training. We've seen such a difference in just a few weeks!!!

Went here for a birthday party. Was really nice very clean and also the gym itself is a very cool temperature which was awesome and unexpected. Really great obstacle course and equipment. Love that they put the kids names on the sign out front. Great front desk / hostess
