Great experience purchasing our RV from start to finish. Derek was awesome, quick to respond, and very helpful. Richard was very friendly and did a thorough job with the walkthrough. Jamie did amazing managing the entire process and was so easy to work with. Even the finance guy, Peter, made the process relaxing. Great teamwork!

Do not trade in your rv here. Brad was great but mgmt was terrible. They originally said they would give us $10,000 for our trade, 2007 Teton Royal. They did say any thing about inspection. When we got there they said only worth $4000, this is after we spent $3700 in repairs before we turned in because we felt it should be fully functual. The sales manager refused to negoiate. What they did next was a perfect example of bait and switch. The orginal selling price of the unit was $84,000, in the final paperwork the selling price is $89,000. In essence it looks like they are giving us $10,000 for our trade which in reality is less than $4000. I realize we signed the papers but after waiting 2 1/2 hours and signing 30 times before the last page. We questioned the change but just wanted to get it done. I think they plan on that. Love the new rv but can't recommend GRW, buyer beware.

Our Close friend highly recommended us to visit Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach Florida. I guess since we weren't driving a Mercedes Benz or BMW,we weren't going to purchase an RV. Because they pretty much ignored us completely. So we wondered around for an hour or so without guidance or direction. Until we finally decided on a few models, we wanted to make offers on. After which we got the attention of a sales associate. We then walked the lot with the sales associate, looking at a few models, and completely disregarding the two that we wanted to bid on even after us asking directly to see the models the prices advertise online or not the prices he gave us in person. More precisely they had them advertised online for 24,000 and they were selling them for 36,000. Even though we had $40,000 cash money, they were not willing to work with us. We were treated unimportant and like we weren't gonna buy anything at all. That will be my last trip to giant recreation world

Let me say this 1st..... Eric Snyder earned customers for life..... and we WILL refer anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV to Eric. We have been searching for an upgrade to our travel trailer for about 6 months. We were searching in the never ending stack of travel trailers in our budget, weight class, price, and features. We have been to multiple dealers all over the East Coast trying to find the right camper. Every one of those visits turned out to be a disappointment from pushy salesmanship. We needed to settle on a decision of which brand and model would meet our needs. Instead, constantly they either tried to sell us something we did not want, forcing options outside of our budget, and not knowledgeable about the campers in general. Not only did Eric give us the time and space we needed to make our decision; he did not try to push any products on us. We felt he ACTUALLY listened to us and what our perfect travel trailer upgrade would look like. He was very knowledgeable of any of the models and brands we had questions about. That allowed us to spend hours of private time amongst ourselves to browse both new and used travel trailers to compare, research, and ask questions about until we were able to make our decision. The great service did not stop there. He personally made sure the trailer passed any and all inspections, and actually replaced, or provided accessories packages for the TT. He also personally arranged for the pick up of our trade in as to save us extra time and costs. The service at this dealership is the definition of how a team works together to make their customers feel listened to and valued. We left feeling better about that purchase that we have felt in a long time with salesmen and dealerships.Working with the team at Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach is one if the best experiences we have had shopping for a RV upgrade. They take ownership in all of their work, and stand behind it. My solid opinion is that is very hard to come by any more in the sales world. Thank you Eric for the great experience. We are already enjoying our new camper and loving it!

Best RV dealer with 3 locations. We worked with Eric Snyder and honestly he is the best salesman there. Not pushy, listens to your RV needs and is very knowledgeable!! It took us 6 months to decide what we wanted and Eric found it! We're going to have him help us with our next step up RV. They have a pretty good service staff to !!

I originally posted this review to the Winter Garden store by mistake. My horrible experience was with Will at the Ormond Beach store. My wife and I went to purchase a travel trailer and were treated extremely rude by Will. One of the first questions he asked me was what our relationship is to each other. Being LGBTQ I find that question very rude because he would have never asked a man and woman what their relationship was to each other. The second thing was when he found out I wasn’t the one taking the loan out for the purchase he became borderline nasty. He totally ignored me and told me I could go do whatever when he took my wife in to do the paperwork. I insisted on going into his office where once again I was completely ignored. Thirdly, I hurt my knee coming down the stairs of one of the first trailers we looked at so I sat in the showroom while my wife looked outside. She would tell me which one she liked and I would look them up online. Will must’ve thought I was lazy because he felt the need to tell my wife that she needs to get me out and about more. I left this place feeling embarrassed and humiliated by a staff of good old boys.

Service review only- We purchased the camper almost 2 years ago from GRW. We initially had a rough time but Julie in service has continued to take care of us. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. If it wasn’t for her, I couldn’t confidently say we would continue going. Thank you Julie for all you do.

I just want to say thank you to DJ and Heidi in service for their great communication. Lots going on with waranty work with our manufacturer. DJ went over and beyond with my situation and when he was not available, Heidi jumped right in and gave great customer service. Job well done both of you and management to put customers first. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks again.

We recently purchased a 5th wheel and after traveling to several dealerships across the state we returned to GRW solely because of Jay the salesman. He was knowledgeable, no pressure, funny and we all lost gallons of sweat crawling in and out of RVs until we found the right one for us. He has great energy and I would recommend him all day long. Not only was Jay amazing but we also got the best price, best financing and when it was time for our walk through, Richard was just as awesome as was the entire delivery team!

We had been looking for a lightweight camper with a toilet for a while and happened to finally find a 2014 A Frame here. We spoke with a rep and when we asked, NUMEROUS times about if the unit had any leaks, they said that there were none. When we were able to go in person and view the unit, everything looked good except for the weather stripping around the door wasn't attached but we were assured that it would be fixed by them before we received it.Thus began the problems.First, when it was initially delivered, we were given no license plate or the keys to get in it, and the weather stripping that we were assured would be fixed was not. After having to contact them and waiting a couple days, we finally got the license plate and keys as well as excuses for why they didn't fix what they initially promised. Then there was a regular Florida rainstorm, and upon checking it the next day to make sure everything was good, lo and behold, there was a leak in the back right corner that soaked through the closed roof, inside the unit and soaked through the back bed/couch cushions, the wood under it, the back wall, and the floor. Upon closer inspection, you could see that with this new wetness there was previous leakage that wasn't previously visble but that they could see upon doing any sort of leak test that they claimed to have done. The water had even ran/dripped into some wires/electrical of the camper. After having to again contact them and informing them that they had not in fact done a thorough check as they said they had, they begrudgingly sent out someone pick it up and take it back to the shop to repair it, and also when asked about the weather stripping to be fixed agin since it had been promised from the beginning, I was assured it would be fixed. After at least two weeks of them keeping the camper, they finally sent it back and promised that it was "perfect". It wasn't. The new floor they installed that they said was "perfect" is cut at odd angles, the glue for the laminate is clumpy and there are some spots it's been drug across the laminate in several places. Not to mention that they never even redid the flooring underneath the sink/fridge cabinetry. Oh, and they again didn't fix the weather stripping they said they would. Also, from excessive pressure washing, they ripped off the padded strip on the roof that protects the camper from getting scratched when it's being put up and down, and they lost the unit's keys. The only reason we could get in was because they left it unlocked, but we couldn't get into the storage area. When asked what could we do without the keys and what they planned on doing about it, they said that WE had to replace the keys that THEY lost. And we were told we would have to buy the weather stripping and the padded strip on the roof ourself and they would reimburse us for it. Which is ridiculous. For supposedly being the "home of the lifetime warranty", that is false advertising since they could care less about those who buy used units.THEN, two weeks after that we got a toll violation in the mail where the employee of theirs that was returning our camper to us after it was "fixed" ran NUMEROUS tolls with our camper! You can see that it's one of their trucks towing it. When we called to tell them, we got a secretary that said she'd let them know. That was at least five weeks ago and we've never gotten a single response. They won't return a call or email either. This easily shows that their customer service islascking, and after you purchase from them you're on your own. BUYER BEWARE!

#1 We had 2 back-to-back blow outs on drop off day that put us WAY past time. They allowed us to drop it off the next day & leave keys with front desk along with our list of things needing fixed. I was very skeptical when they hadn't started on it until the 2nd wk of having it being that we only had a 2wk time frame because of my husband's job & us living fulltime in it. Once they began, they worked hand-in-hand w/ our insurance adjuster. #2 Thank GOD they found what they did. The insulation was peeking out on 1 side by the tires. I assumed it was from the blow out on that side & just needed to be tucked back up. They found out that we had had a busted pipe that had leaked 100gallons of water into our insulation, which was why our floor was actually bowing. NOBODY could even tell it was water damage causing our floor to bow! Not even the adjuster! There were no signs of water damage or a leak! We are so thankful they didn't just pin the spot back up & keep moving. #3 i brought our 2yo with me to go get some pots out of the trailer so we could stay in an extended stay while the repairs are being done. The service manager actually gave full attention to our son while he jibber jabbered in concern to him. He took him very seriously & it made my son's day! For somebody to stop & take time out of their lunch/busy day to acknowledge my child the way he did, won me over. #4 i didn't even think about needed a measuring cup or can opener, etc. So i called back the next day to come get the list of things i didn't realize I'd need. They told me that of i couldn't get in to get them, that they would give us whatever they could that they had there at the store. THIS is the type of service you give to a misplaced family!!!!! These are the people you should give your time & money to. They will help you as much as they possibly can. I will always refer people to them & as long as we are in or near Daytona, they will get our service. Thank you so much for everything.! I recommended this place to over 30,000 members in several trailer groups on fb as well.

We purchased an RV in early April; on our first trip, floor rolled up and A C cover fell out of ceiling. Couldn't get appointment until July 3? August 14, RV was ready. We decided to trade our 2022 to a brand new RV smaller RV. (IBEX)Brad Field was great, our salesman, HE WAS Professional and knowledgeable. However, the service department was less than professional or timely. No one returned phone calls from service department or updates customer on progress. They had our RV over 6 weeks for minor repairs. Very disappointed!

As much as I hate to post this, it’s time. I purchased a camper from Giant Recreation World in Ormond on May 7th and picked it up on May 13th. Within one or two miles of being on i95, approximately four miles from the dealership, our tire blew on the camper and did damage to the side, jack, underneath and rim of the tire. (Pictured) As I do understand tire accidents happen, I do not understand being sold a 2020 camper from a dealership with DRY ROTTED TIRES. Giant Recreation World said they would fix the issue. I called two weeks after the incident and the representative I spoke with had no idea of my case. Today July 10th, after speaking with another representative - the metal that was needed to fix the camper came in incorrectly and now we are asked to wait another few weeks for repair. I do note that I only am informed of updates if I initiate contact. I am making payments on a 2020 camper that I do not even have possession of. The solution they have is that it is fully functional and can be used until the part comes in - but why do I want a camper that is not fixed when the issue was fully preventable in the first place? I asked if we could could please trade in the camper or have them purchase it back and their answer was "yes we can get you in a new camper, you are not going to like the trade in value." Hoping this gets rekindled soon, as my husband and I are completely dissatisfied.
