Skip wasted a couple weeks of my time! He never replied properly through real estate reports/contracts. He made 2 counter offers through email to my realtor. House needed HVAC work. They did not sign addendums. Just sent pictures. We wanted licensed professionals to inspect/repair AC and some plumbing. He sent pictures and stated the home owner was a handyman. Very unprofessional! And cost me 500.00 for inspection that they did not even fullfill work requested in the inspection ! Heads up! Would never work with this unprofessional again! And not to mention he switched up the Title company to close, but couldn't even supply an email address, phone number, etc to the new closing location

So excited to have found the home of our dreams! Skip was great at getting us quick access to the properties I wanted to see and letting us see them as many times as I needed to, in order to evaluate the pros and cons of each location. I'd recommend him to anyone new to the area!

Skip helped us get our house 10 years ago and being thoroughly impressed with his work ethic we decided to use him again to sell our first home. The house turned out to be a great investment.
