Horrible experience. Came in with my natural, long nails. Wanted them squared off and wanted a gel nail manicure. She said they needed to be cut a little and proceeded to cut my thumb nail way too short. They then all had to be cut. The gel manicure was lumpy to say the least. NEVER AGAIN!

Had my nails done with the new TAP hybrid gel nail polish in a white minimal sparkly nail color and I love how it made my short nails look so clean and sheek. Tina is the best. It shows that she loves her craft. Always takes her time. The salon is always clean and has a very relaxing vibe. I am ready for the holidays with a great looking manicure. Thank you Tina.

The nail tech was very misleading about the price. The price for the service I received wasn't listed anywhere. She showed a pricing list, and there was a board posted without the pricing of what I requested. As far as customer service it didn't exist. The service was rushed and few nails have been fixed by another salon. Not to metion the roaches crawling on the bathroom wall. This review won't matter much. They are conveniently located however, the service, and the treatment was poor. It's unfortunate that out of convenience I overpaid for a service.

Got a UV Gel Mani w/ Acrylic Overlay & UV Gel Pedi.
Had to go somewhere else the next day and pay to get my manicure fixed. ? The paint was so sloppy and started coming right off.
Now it's a couple days later the paint is already coming off my toes! Normally a UV Gel Pedi lasts me 2-3 weeks. So now I have to re-paint my toes myself!
waste of hard earned $$$

If there was a possibility for zero stars I would give them that. This place is filthy to begin with; I made an appointment for 5 o’clock pm for a Dipping powder service and they were not ready for me, after waiting for a while one of the nail technician came to remove the top coat of my nails in a rough and rushed manner and left me soaking in the acetone bowl for nearly 30 minutes until I started to prune I started to show the disappointment she finally started to work on my nails, then the color I picked didn’t resemble the one on the chart, I brought up that to her attention she assured it was the same color but it was not it was way to bright fuchsia instead of the raspberry color in the chart, the final result is awful she missed almost every fingernail edge and the perfectly shaped nails I came in with are completely misshapen as well. This place should be named UNHAPPY NAILS.

I’m not One to write bad reviews, but I came in got a full set and they’re falling off a week later within the first day the nails were lifting from my real nail my nails are short, but my regular nail lady can put them on and they’ll last for over two weeks just upsetting when you spend so much money also some were super thin
