If I could give ZERO
stars I would. If you want to wait 10-12 days almost 2 WEEKS to get a prescription then CENTERWELL is for you! Unacceptable for Humana to treat senior citizens and disabled persons this way. If you have a critical med that you need ASAP use local pharmacy!! My back is BROKEN I have a fractured spine, disc herniation I cannot wait 10 days for a pain medicine!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼

What a mess!!!!
Stay as far away as possible. Worst experience of my life. My problem Was never resolved. You will talk to representative after representative, most hadn't a clue what to do. I was two entire days on the phone. Put on hold over and over, 20 minute wait, still no one would pick up. Two days straight. Still not resolved. No wonder the stock price nosed dived last year. Totally incompetent people and entirely to many that just create more confusion. The right hand doesn't no what the left hand is doing. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!
NEVER GOT MY PERCRIPTION AND STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. PATHETIC COMPANY!

Humana Pharmacy, Always takes care of my medication needs. They never let me run out !!! They ask if I have enough to last until my refills get to me.

The pharmacy staff has been very professional every time I have a refill, question, side effect, interaction, or allergic reaction question. They are punctual and let me know if it is not in stock and when I can expect the prescription. They are SUPER!!!!!!!!! Lisa, the Pharmacist, and Melinda, the Assistant, are the best ever! Their customer service comes with a confident smile.....five starts to them.

Run from this company. They are so incompetent they can't refill a simple prescription. They take 3-5 weeks to send the medication and if you are diabetic and need your meds, god help you because you won't get them from Humana without it taking weeks and a new prescriptions for every refill. They send the wrong meds and put other customers information into the wrong account. RUN

There is no way to get help with this site. The link has not worked for several days and when I called they just said try it again. IT DOES NOT WORK. Do not take this insurance. I am looking elsewhere today. It is time to choose.
