The food here is the normal jimmy john’s food but the service is terrible. Two times I have ordered for my office and both times no communication that the food would take more than an hour past expected time to be delivered. Today my teams food arrived 93 minutes after requested. I ordered 2.5 hours prior. This means my office (as we work in health care) did not get a lunch. Both times this location was given the chance to make this right and have failed to do so. I also called a second time when my order was over an hour late and they wouldn’t pick up but did answer my coworkers calls. We are very disappointed and I would suggest if you order from there to go in store and wait for the order to be made and NEVER request delivery.

I had the best interaction with the new General Manager. I didn't get her name but I wanted to let everyone know she is funny and a hard worker. She is building a team to serve the community. Thank you. You are delightful!

Poor poor service…. Simply wanted a couple loaves of bread and was told they couldn’t do it…yet they would make a couple sandwiches. Won’t ever return for sure. Shame on you!

I have ordered food from here probably over 75 times. The food is good but the service and the delivery time has gotten worse and now to the point I would say bad. After I called back to ask how much longer the gentleman on the phone told me the food was delivered and his driver knocked which I checked my ring camera and the driver was never here. Then he asked me what my house looked like. Well if the driver delivered the food he would know. Then the person on the phon said that they will remake my food and send it back out to me very smug and then hung up on me. I am ok with people having bad days or being busy it’s part of life. I also will give them another chance in the future because I do believe in people. Please just fix the problems and move forward

This restaurant's food quality is always consistent. Their Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Everything is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend them...Vegetarian options: They can prepare sandwiches without bread using lettuce as the main support ingredient.Dietary restrictions: They have great salads prepared according to your specificationsKid-friendliness: The place looks friendly for both adults and kids

Nick and the crew were awesome. Clean place with great air conditioning and good tables. Yea, awesome sandwiches, new lettuce-wrap chicken. and new side ordres, big sandwiches. Awesome place to si 5 minutes and enjoy a good sandwich or unwich. 5 stars.

There is so much heart in this restaurant that you can feel it in the food. Despite what seems to be some serious staffing issues, Nick (the General Manager) still finds a way to not only keep a clean store but make a darn good sub with a smile on his face.They also always try to make it RIGHT, even if something goes wrong.
