When you call they say you can walk in. There are no appointments available for the next few weeks. Woke son up early for a lab to go walk in today at 645 and lady said you can’t walk in and have to schedule on the kiosk in the lobby. Worst location in our area.

We have used them for about 7 years at Ormond Beach. Now near impossible to get in unless u have appointment. I looked out over 1 month with nothing in morning available for a fasting test. We tried to do a walk in today. The serve yourself system gave us a date of 4.07.2025 way past our six month checkups. Lady said no need to wait today for she is only employee working on 03.13.2025. If u are in Advent Health area the take walk ins until 3 in the afternoon 5 days a week. Hopefully never have to go back to Labcorp. Used to be a great place, walk in and 20 minutes later out. Now the the scheduling system is so not customer friendly.

The Ormond office is terrible. Scheduling an appointment is impossible and you can't walk in. I tried to walk in on several occasions, was denied and forced to set an appointment, and when I did I was given an appointment over three weeks later for routine lab work. My doctor now has a rolling system for scheduling appointments due to the fact so many of her patients are unable to get lab work done at Labcorp in a reasonable timeframe and are forced to cancel their doctor's appointments. As if that wasn't bad enough, don't expect anything but an attitude and indifference from the people who work there if you try to speak to them. Not only do they not care at all about their clients, but it seems like the Labcorp employees blame the patients for having to work at such a miserable place. Skip this place completely. I'll go to Quest from now on.

The team is great. The techs are kind, organized and patient. MAKE AN APP or have a little patience w them. I've been to many locations and each runs differently. This location is the best by far.

Best lab in the Ormond Beach area. Fantastic customer service. Whoever left a poor rating, probably works at another lab.

Poor customer service. There were no other guests there but there was three ladies sitting behind the receptionist counter. I arrived at 1:46pm to do a pre employment drug screen and I was told they can’t do it because there computer systems shut down at 1:45pm. I asked if there is any way they can help me today and they said no I would have to come back tomorrow. Frustrated at this point so I called your other location in south Daytona and they told me to come on in and handled me with no issues.

Labcorp at this location is great. Sometimes I feel receptionist is overworked as she often has dual job as phlebotomist. They have no problem finding a vein. I have to give a shout out to Nisha , the most efficient phlebotomist I have ever seen. I’m in my seventies and had many blood draws as well as I donate blood regularly. While the others are very good, In my opinion, she’s a notch above the rest.
