I went to Love’s and parked for the Daytona Oktoberfest on Friday, 17 October they collected $10 cash told me to park on the left. If nothing‘s open park on the right I did exactly that nothing was open on the left. I parked on the right I went into the event. I came out four hours later. My vehicle was gone. I asked what happened. Young guy said we tow it you weren’t supposed to park there said OK how was that? He said you could’ve got hit by a truck furthermore, I said where are the no parking signs he says we don’t have to post them. It’s private property so why would you not post them? If you didn’t want me to park there? He said you should’ve known better. This didn’t go well. I went up to the office where I found no parking signs in a small area in that little sign said no parking this is employees only you will be towed if they were so worried about a truck hitting me. Why didn’t they put that same sign or another sign like it down where I was towed as well as several other vehicles Sounds like there’s something else going on here just saying. furthermore, trying to logic with the young guy in the Lot, and a young lady manager. They were rude and rather condescending and thought this was all a really funny joke so again very unprofessional.

Abusive customer service to say the least. I have never seen staff members act so rudely, impolitely, and aggressively towards customers. They have the wrong prices listed, and when addressed, refused to do anything about it. When notifying the appropriate customer service manager, she raised her voice, yelled at us and made inappropriate remarks and then proceeded to involve nearby customers to publicly humiliate us and embarrass us. Definitely will not be stopping at another Love’s on any of my travel journeys.

Unprofessional customer service by KC or DC store manager I believe, September 15 from 7:19 pm to 8:00 pm she was on shift. I ask to print a copy, My company send email to Fax number and it wasn’t working, okay fine. So I ask for the email so my company can send it through email. My company tells me they send email and sent me a picture, and KC or DC store manager tell me to wait a couple of minutes, fine. Then a few minutes later I ask again and she say keep saying she hasn’t received anything, I was able to see the computer and saw the email. She started to by rude and disrespectful to me saying that was another email and I was able to take a picture and see the email and it was my company email and she didn’t wanted to print by email. I was park in a fuel lane because there were not parking so she affected store quality by making me wait unnecessary time, and making driver wait for me to get fuel. At the end I didn’t get my email so I left to the closest Flying J Pilot to get my copy. I have evidence of the email with the time.

We got locked out of our car and got immediate assistance from the manager. Very helpful staff ! Would stop there again! Great travel plaza when traveling!

They said I can't park my cargo van there for a couple hours to sleep. I'm a transporter and I'm exhausted. Rude, rude front desk woman.
I went to Arby's before the front counter. KK was phenomenal. Awesome customer service. Thanks KK.

Waited over 5 mins for a diesel register attendant, card reader had to be reset 3 times, bathroom was filthy, no spring water available for purchase, coffee taste watered down

Very nice here! Has an Arby's. This one doesn't have a dog run but it's still great, and clean. Arby's was very helpful with my food allergies and didnt mind my questions

The staff is extremely rude!
