Let me just say that I truly do not like MetroPCS at all. They are nothing but a pain in the butt. With that being said, this store was amazing. The manager went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I would definitely recommend people to go there if you are in the area and are a Metro customer or looking to switch to Metro.

The manager was so rude he does not know what he is doing. He gives off a short attitude, I don't know why he is even a manager, he should be fired!!! Anytime he is rude call corporate!!!! Never go close to closing time he will not fix anything or treat you like a customer!! Instead of programming our insurance he counting down drawers and money, which I'm sure is against any company policy. He was cussing, please view the cameras. As a manager of an establishment you must have customer service and professionalism he lacks BOTH! Now I have to inconvenience myself to drive to another city to get help or pay my phone bill. Unacceptable!!!!

I don't want to give any stars to this place, there is only one guy that works there and he not American, he is rude and overcharged me for phone, when I asked for refund, he told me call cops, nothing wrong with the phone, problem is me! I'm reporting him to metro corp, better business and I am calling cops as he kept my receipt, Buyer Beware, oh and there is no phone to call the business, very much running a scam here

One of the only places I will go to when I need help.Aymen is awesome and helped me for hours w a phone situation I was having.. at the time wasn't even a customer but was trying to unlock a phone already paid for in cash unlocked but wasn't supported by straight talk after I spent 35 bucks like straight told us to do to het a new sim for the paid and unlocked phone and bc the customer rep told us to scratch card I couldn't return bc it didn't work..Metro was awesomeI recommend my friends to fo there

The salesman was great! He had the phone i wanted In Stock unlike the 2 stores I went to before I went here. He made sure all my data and cards transferred properly. Sparkling new case and what a great 5G Samsung!??????
