“I visited this location and had the pleasure of Rick (I believe that was his name) being my cashier. He seemed to be new and still learning but I have been thinking about him almost daily since. He was kind even when another customer said something quite rude about him taking so long. I was returning an ink cartridge and buying another and while it did take a moment to figure it out, I didn't mind. You're lucky to have him on your team and I hope he has an amazing holiday.
