Nobody answers the phone during normal business hours. I just sat here for 10 min calling & no answer. Will be closing my account to move to a bank that has actual customer service. No wonder these banks are closing all over the place.

I had an experience of identity theft and Michelle and Jeff both were extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me out tremendously and displayed excellent customer service skills.

Just went into this bank to get some ones and/or two dollar bills. Lady met my hubsband at the front door....said they wouldn't have many if any at all, asked if this was his bank then rudely told him he should just go to his own bank. Guess we know we NEVER have to bank at PNC!!

Service sucks, and they need to stop people from WALKING up to the DRIVE-through ATM! Most likely changing banks.

I have been calling the PNC Ormond Beach Branch for 45 minutes. A recording tells me to please hold. After about 10 minutes the call is disconnected. There doesn’t seem to be any customer service! And yes, the bank was open.

Quite literally the WORST experience I've ever had with a banking institution/branch in my entire life. If you're looking for a bank to assist you with your small business, I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. I consistently received conflicting information depending on who I spoke to there, and that was only when I could actually get a hold of someone. I will never do business with PNC again after dealing with this branch.

Every time I visit they say d*** things or hold me up twice as long. i.e. you now can NOT get cashiers checks in the drive thru. D*** THINGS THAT GET OLD WITH THIS BANK. Its always some stupid rules that hold me up. You have to ask for withdraw slips (****** Tellers standing in lobby asking my business so I can tell the whole world my business good idea for a mugging after I withdraw a grand great to see PNC does not care about my well being.(Dumb)
