After making the mistake of going to the new shop in Bel Air plaza to ask a couple questions I returned to purple haze on A1A bc of the knowledge and overall personality of the owner. My advice is to never waste your time at the new smoke shop in Bel Air plaza bc they have zero knowledge and actually said I was loitering bc I hadn't bought anything yet. Ive been in customer service 25 years and this Ormond Beach, Purple Haze location is the best, bar none. Thank you all for always being so helpful and kind.

There's usually only one person working, which means it's so inconvenient if you're trying to make a quick purchase while someone is making a life choice on whether or not to buy an expensive item. Normally, everyone working is pretty nice, including this cashier. But I walked in, and I saw her helping out a customer who was making a pretty lengthy purchase, so I asked respectfully if I could borrow her for a sec because I just wanted one item. I simply asked, not commanded, it was just a question so she could have easily stated that she was in the middle of a sale or told me to hold on, but instead she became visibly angry and then gave a fake smile after a plethora of unpleasant facial expressions. Sweetheart, just use your voice. She was so unhappy to just ring up my item, which took less than 60 seconds and made the interaction so nasty when she could have just communicated that stopping with her other customer wasn't an option. Lost a customer. Giving me an unnecessary attitude while dressed in your pajamas because you can't multitask or communicate that you're busy is absurd and

I’ve been coming to this store for years. I purchased a unit that does not work and brought it back the next morning. They insisted that the electronics work so that it worked entirely. I went to the store three times and back to the house to test the unit, the way they suggested, it did not work. They refused to refund or give Store credit or help at all. She insinuated that I was either being dishonest or was not smart enough to operate the unit properly. It will be a long time before I go into that store again.
Wish they were a little nicer about the issue.
If they reach out to me to address the issue, I will remove the bad review. The ball is in their court now.

Good glass shop. You want it, they have it. A little pricey for some items but very good selection. Look around and you’ll find what you want.

My son came home with blunt wraps and a lighter he just got his allowance and he works hard for it the best working 11 year old i know the gteat Torch lighter, and big can of fluid he Purchased both broken so I went back to the store told him the old blk man was so nice told me he got this let me taste the blunt wrap from Mike Tyson will send my son there for his little brother

Went here (Ormond) for a RAZ 6000 puff disposable vape because it's right by my house.. 20$ a piece. Most places around here are TWO of them for 30$ or 20$ a piece..EVEN AT GAS STATIONS. So when I asked about a 2 for 30 deal she replied with "no 20$ is a good deal already". Lower your prices!! Trying to skim an extra $10 is not cool especially in this economy. Sunoco 2 miles South of Mason on US1 has super deals on disposable vapes all are 2 for 30$ and has always been that price. I will say they have the RAZ 9000 vapes as well which I haven't been able to find and they are very good, but I didn't make a purchase. Won't go here for vaping
