So I took a bolt-on accessory to Randy’s to have painted to match my car. I shopped it around and the person I spoke to at Randy’s seemed knowledgeable so I dropped it off there. THREE MONTHS LATER I am still no closer to getting this back than I was when I dropped it off. I went three weeks ago and the lady swore that they were waiting on a special paint additive and just got it in so it would be done next week. That was three weeks ago. No word. Stopping by again today - I’ll keep y’all posted. I’ll never do business here again. Not even sure I’ll finish this job here. I cannot explain this. No one could.

Best of the best customer service and the best all around help you could ask for start to finish I came there with my brand new Mercedes glc wrecked in the front a few days befor Christmas they worked continuously Back and forth with me to insurance and all the different part people and getting it all done in a timely fashion with all name brand factory Mercedes parts and not all the cheap aftermarket stuff that don’t even fit or line up properly with the car couldn’t of asked for a better experience And better outcome overall top-of-the-line best of the best honest and most of all Great customer service and take great pride in their work and that is very hard to find these days as I was told several different things by several other places and several other people and didn’t know what to believe call Randy’s auto body hands down no questions asked for honest and great work and customer service Thanks again (Brandon & summer )

Owner was extremely rude and called me many offensive names you might think that maybe I was doing something wrong on my part but they were simply getting angry from me wanting to ask questions about what they were doing with my car overall bad costumer service wouldn’t recommend

I took my car to Randy's for rust repair. The repairs ended up being more work than initially expected. I asked that my car be fixed correctly and that is what they did. Randy's repaired the car as if "it was his own". Body work and paint looked great. Good communication during repairs including pics of work. I can recommend.

If you want it to look like it was before the accident and are paying with insurance....go somewhere else. Here, they won't even match factory gloss levels, and the black paint they used on my BMW lasted all of about 6 months before fading to even less sheen. They told me they used German products....that was false. The car had runs everywhere they did work, and they ordered the wrong trim parts and installed them anyway after I told them these were not regular trim, they were the special black OEM trim, sonwhat did they do? Orange peel paint it chrome to black. GARBAGE. I had to refuse it once only to come back and want to refuse it again (except I went ahead and took it, I didn't want them to mess it up for another week)

Randy is an amazing guy, he's a friend I've known for 30 yrs. He's fixing a big issue I have with the roof of my 03 Mercury Marauder. He explained in detail the process of fixing the issues. He gets why I'm doing this. 5 star all the way...
