They gave us a good price and were very helpful. We had our old tile removed and LVT put down. They came on time and did a great job. Advanced flooring remover company took up tile and was very good and did not leave a mess. Rod ‘s flooring company recommended him. Rod’s carpet and flooring workers were excellent putting down the flooring.

Rod’s carpet did a fantastic job of removing carpet and tile from our home. They used Advanced Flooring Removal for the extremely dusty job of removal and used their own installation crew to install the vinyl flooring. All staff of Rod’s and Advanced Flooring Removal were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Rod’s and Advanced Flooring Removal for all your flooring needs.

Excellent experience with Rod's. They installed tile in our newly-enclosed lanai and in our foyer. They were friendly and helpful, and showed up when they said they would. The installer was excellent. He aligned both areas beautifully and meticulously made sure the job was done correctly. I am not exaggerating when I say this work was done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Rod's is staffed with talented and intelligent professionals. I've used them for a few jobs; most recently, they swapped out my carpeting in my great room for hardwood. From sales (Eric) to administration (Ana) to the installers (Joe & company) -- I could not ask for a better experience. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do without excuses and got done on time. Perfect!

Rods is hands down the best carpet and flooring business we have been involved with. This has been the best carpet buying experience we have ever had. Susan and her staff were extremely well informed and easy to work with. The install crew was the best. Joell, Frank, and Jesus were so accommodating, friendly, hard working, conscientious, and capable! Thank you all for your help and understanding. Oh yeah, we LOVE our new carpet!

It took us a couple of years to renovate our home, since we did one room at a time, and Rod's salespersons and installation teams were great throughout the entire process. They helped us pick out the right carpeting and LVP, and the installers did a wonderful job installing it. They installed Schluter instead of bulky transition strips for the LVP, which gives the floor a much higher end appearance. We even asked them to try something new by using the same LVP flooring on the risers of our stairs and carpeting only the treads. Again, they did an excellent job, and the floor and stairs look fantastic! If needed in the future, I will definitely use Rod's again, and I highly recommend them!

We needed to replace / repair some wood flooring in December 2022 after hurricane damage and contacted Rod's Carpet. Susan was a great help in selecting new flooring and coming up with a plan. Their installation crew was outstanding, both in scoping the job and doing the installation. They were professional and did an excellent job; they were a pleasure to work with in coordinating their schedule with us and were extremely considerate of our space and furniture that needed moving. Highest recommendation!

I highly recommend Rod’s carpet tile and wood. We have purchased tile for several of our home remodel projects and Mellie is such a pleasure to work with. She is patient, knowledgeable and has great decor recommendations. She has always been prompt in getting back to me with any questions I’ve had and supplied us with all the information and supplies we needed for our installers so everything goes smoothly. I would also like to mention her co-worker, Eric, who has always been so helpful if Mellie is helping another customer or is out on an appointment. They are such a great team to work with! Their showroom is up to date with so many choices and I like they always encourage you to take pieces home to see them in your space. We will continue to purchase from Rods in our upcoming home projects and appreciate the wonderfulcustomer service!

I have never worked with folks so helpful and approachable. We had some issues with our floor and Rod’s staff and owners have gone above and beyond making everything right.
