Just went into this location nearby our home. Quickly picked out a color, then had to wait quite a while for one clerk to help another customer with a one quart purchase. Finally another clerk came to help us, but wanted our account information. So called another store. Still unable to locate that info, she agreed to take care of us anyway. She mixed up our one gallon, $75 order, and we paid. The people that bought a quart were given paint stirrers and a paint can opener. We were offered neither. I guess I'd say I'd never go back here. They obviously don't follow their own rules from the poster there on the wall of how to take care of 'guests'.
