Nice people, pretty clean property, can be difficult to locate the smaller units ,trash area seemed difficult to find. I closed my unit here because this property decided to make a steep percentage increase at the same time Florida eliminated storage tax — not only did they use the increase to cancel out the tax breaks— which I doubt the legislature had that in mind— but the price I paid overall increased.

There good but expensive ifnyou can find cheaper than almost the 300.00 i would go there
Just got a call that they were gonna close my storage and sell off my items!!! From lack of payment . Well good luck with that 😜 the whole collection might have a value of 5.00!!!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Greedy, money grabers is what you find here.
I recently learned that units larger than mine were less expensive, so I asked for a rate reduction. The clerk was able to drop my rate by a few dollars, about $60, which was nice, until she shared that larger units were around $300 to $400 less. She suggested I call her District Manager, which I did.
Joshua confirmed that the larger units were significantly less, $300+, than my 10x20 unit and he said the reason mine was so expensive is because it's their most popular size. Joshua's solution was for me to move into the larger unit for less money. Their rate increases will occur on a regular basis, about every 6 months, so who knows what the rate will be in a year.
My solution, goodbye Public Storage. I'm moving to a new facility, and into a larger, less expensive, climate controlled unit, and with better contract terms.

Awesome service, quick response and Amanda was super sweet and accommodating. I was on my lunch break and she made everything seamless for me to get in and out. She’s super funny as well. Public Storage should be happy to have her, she has a genuine personality and her customer service skills are great. 😊
