This place just butchered my husbands hair. The line in the front is so far not even or straight. The “fade” isn’t even a fade. There’s parts that are not even cut. Granted from the time he walked in to the time he left took an entire 15 minutes. It wasn’t worth it. I’d rather have waited an hour for his regular barber. (They are closed because of storm damage) I’m pretty sure my 8 year old daughter could’ve done a better job at cutting her dad’s hair. If it’s because he came in messy and you thought he was done broke dude just getting a cheap haircut. You’re mistaken. Our home was flooded. He is the one replacing it all. His one week check is your 2 month check. The tips he leaves are VERY generous. Not today. Big tree Barber is where it’s at. They take their time and listen!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I checked in online and it put me on the list twice. Alerted Ashley and she told me she fixed. Waited 30 minutes, meanwhile my name falls off the list. Steph, the lady that was supposed to give me a haircut calls the person behind me. I told her I was next but was asked to wait until he got finished. Very inconvenient and annoying. I decided to go somewhere else that knows how to treat customers right.

My husband went here to cut his hair because his usual barber was closed. The woman who cut his hair, starts with A he did not get the full name. She did a terrible job and did not listen to word he said. I have never seen hair look like this or ever come out this bad in over ten years of knowing him. He has medium length waves that he just wanted trimmed up, nothing fancy, and she nearly gave him a buzz cut. The top of his hair that she “left” is ridiculously uneven for what is there. I was astonished when I saw it and he now of going to be wearing a hat till it grows back. Unfortunate.

Today I got my hair cut by Stylist Sandy, who gave me the most amazing cut. She is an expert stylist of 30 years. I have always been fearful in getting my hair cut but this lady is superb in her craft. Thank you sandy for giving me such a great cut. Rena Batiste

This place is the only place since being in Ormond Beach that has given me a great haircut. I’d like to give a shoutout to Kim. Kim took me in for a walk in appt. 4.21.24 approx 4pm. Kim took her time and offered me every service available. Beard trim, hair wash (I declined but Kim absolutely offered). Kim also ensured I liked the length before continuing. That’s the service that I have grown accustom to with Sports Clips.Thank you again, Kim! It was great to have a down to earth conversation with you. 1st time at Sports Clips. Kindly greeted and made to feel like an MVP the moment I walked in. Comfortable stadium style seats in front of a large screen t.v. with the Nascar race on during my short wait.Olga was most excellent stylist. Kind and attentive offering valuable hair cut advice. Kind of scalped me. A fair amount shorter than I asked. Not terrible but doesn't really look good, not really a style just made my hair shorter. Better bring a picture because if you don't tell them what to do you're going to look kind of lame. About the same as Great Clips or Supercuts imo
