They get a one, because they canceled my appointment and didn’t tell me. When I arrived, they LIED saying I never had an appointment and when I showed them my call to them, she got caught in her lie. AN APOLOGY GOES A LONG WAY, but she chose not to apologize. Too many other nail places that they don’t deserve my business.

I went to salon for a pedicure and fill in for my acrylic nails. I have nails for 30 years and pedicures. I told Alyssa I had an ingrown toe nail and she said no you don't. And said it would be fine. Then when she did my nails on my hands she did not file underneath them and when I went to pay she said it was 7 dollars extra because of my polish which was regular polish not gel. She also said she was charging me extra for filing down my nails which she did not do. When I went to bed that evening my feet were snagging on my sheets because they were so ruff. And my big toe was so sore from ingrown.
I have never had that happen. So I went back to the salon and had another tec file under my fingernails and dig out two big ingrown toenails. Then she said it would be 7 dollars to make my feet soft. I'm sorry but I thought that is what I paid for when I got my pedicure the first time. If you want to pay for services that you don't get and the tec argues with you and you want ruff feet then go there. As for me I will go where the establishment is more professional

This place is just a masterpiece! Every time I come here for a pedicure, it's perfect. Every time I come for a manicure, it's so satisfying and it really solidifies the work ethic of this place; All the workers are so nice and always happy to help you! Customer service is great, the receptionist accommodates for me as always. The atmosphere of this place is quite refreshing as well. Especially with the recent remodel, this place is the best! If you're looking for a place to get your nails done, this is it.

I had called to ask if they accept walk ins, and the lady who answered asked me what time I was planning on coming and I told her 1pm. She didn’t ask for my name or number and we ended the call. I show up at 1pm and the rude desk lady says they cannot see me for some time because they are booked up with other appointments. I told her I spoke to someone and they said 1pm would work, but instead she accused me of hanging up on them when she asked for my name/number which is not true. I would absolutely never hang up the phone on someone. Took my business to Amor nail spa and got 10/10 service there.
