Drive thru was a quick experience where if you have an account and your ID to verify and converse with teller what you need, you should also be pleased!

One star because no stars isn't an option.... ATM never seems to take cash deposits, gave up and went to open teller lane. Sat there 10mins looking the teller in the face and she couldn't even be bothered to say hello or acknowledge my presence.Can't understand how a bank in such a nice area has such poor customer service. Gave up and went down the street to Amscot it was worth the $3 to not have to deal with the bank directly. Account holder for over 10yrs back when it was SunTrust . Great motivation to open an account with Fairwinds

Set up an account online waited a couple weeks for a debit card to not show upSo I went in and they were trying to have me give them 50 dollars before they send out my card with out giving me a temporary card or anything , so I went to pnc and they helped me and gave me a debit card with my name on it same day in under 20 minutes

Use the ATM this morning and put in $200 didn't get a receipt that was mine didn't get the money back so now I'm out $200 and no way to prove it now what ? Talk to the woman in the bank about this and I have to call in the morning to find out what's what but the bank has my $200 and I'd like it back

Since the merge/take over of Suntrust, the service has gone done. Fewer tellers. Now waiting 45 and still waiting on a rep in the office to help me.

The absolute worst and Earth customer service I have ever experienced in all my life! Understandably we are in the midst of a pandemic but that's when you should have more compassion for people ... Every person at this branch is extremely unprofessional and the most rude!!! Literally laughing at customers who are asking for service that they provide... making them return for no reason!!

Always waiting forever!! Only one teller on for the lobby and one for the drive through.... Everytime. Wish there was another location closer to me... Actually kinda feel bad for the tellers... SunTrust could most definitely afford to have 3 to 4 people working the lobby...

Friendly people that work here! But they lack adequate employees. Always have to wait wait and wait some more to make a deposit. Super slow!
