I've been banking at the bacnk for 20 years the only person that is kind and helpful at this branch is the head teller the ladies at the desk act like you not good enough to bother them worst costumer service not helpful at all. .. they don't understand 😪 with these times money is crucial to your customers so if they need help with their money you don't tell them there's nothing I can do and have a nice day with an rudeness about you .. didn't even offer to make an appointment for the next day so I can help you then ..no just plain rude she has long blond hair sits at the desk the. .. kindness and respect is everything ✨️ 🙏

Tina was very unprofessional and rude. She inappropriately questioned the reason behind my mother's withdrawal and made unnecessary comments about her appearance, saying she looked frazzled. We walked in very nicely and friendly, so for her to say she looked frazzled was completely uncalled for. This behavior negatively affected our experience.

Garbage bank that won't let me make purchases from reputable sources online to due "authentication error" and their very, very poorly made security. Why banks never pay programmers enough is beyond my understanding. A card from a bank that doesn't let me spend my money is useless.

I went in the bank to open a safety deposit box she wanted me to sign for the safety deposit box no problem but as soon as I did she run to the fax machine and fax my signature to someone I come back 2 weeks later then see wanted me to sign again for my safety deposit box when I asked her about faxing my signature of she made me close my safety deposit box and my bank account I think she used my signature and account

Wish I could say something positive about this bank but I wish some of my banks back in Pa were down here. Truist is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. As soon as I can I will be closing all my accounts and going somewhere else.
