When selling a house, the task is a major undertaking for everyone involved. I knew because of the circumstances of the sale we would need to find a realtor that was laid back and cool headed. We had a bad experience with our previous realtor, so when we interviewed for the next try, we were super picky. When we chose Ted, I was very honest with him about what we needed and laid out some tuff rules for a realtor to follow. Ted did listen and followed our directions, also, Ted did achieve, a timeline, for the house sale, that Ted set himself. After two contingencies Ted got us a contract for the sale of the house, almost exactly to the listing price set. Not only would I recommend Ted Cumberbatch to family, friends, and the public, but I found Ted's drive and self-confidence to bring a relaxed environment for us, in our endeavor together. Ted Cumberbatch friendly, polite, hardworking, and honest. There are many realtors out there, that could take notes from Ted Cumberbatch, this is a fact! Yes, I do recommend Ted Cumberbatch as a top-notch Florida realtor!
