Lee was amazing. I haven’t had my hair done in two years. She looked at the bottom and matched what I wanted plus more. Appointment on time and listened to my request. Absolutely would recommend.

This salon is THE BEST!!!!! All of the technicians are talented and amazing. I have been seeing Jewel for four years, and she has done everything from blonde highlights to extensions. She has PERFECTED her craft. Jewel matches color perfectly, and truly listens to your personal goals for your hair. Her extensions are beautiful and look amazing!!! The install process is also very simple. I was struggling with unhealthy hair, and she went above and beyond to correct my hair and get me back on track. It is clear she is there for the customer- she CARES about the health of your hair, and uses techniques and supplies to match the individual. I will never go to another salon again!!

I left a review and I just noticed after 4 months, the owner responded. I would never keep it going to give more energy to her other than she outright lied. After the horrible experience with her, I will certainly NOT be called a liar on top of it. I NEVER said one single time that I never liked my hair at any point leaving a salon. In fact, I said it never bothered me bc even if its not what I want, it grows back and I said I wasn't picky. I also said I was aware not everyone's hair can do all things and I also said I know in pics that those women have had a team of stylists and been in the chair for hours before a pic so I know my hair wouldn't necessarily look like a pic. I said use YOUR expert opinion to give me what you felt would work best. (Not Keratin or Extensions but proper cut and color). So actually I was very VERY easy going and quite realistic with my expectations and said do whatever you felt i needed. I also NEVER changed my request from the initial picture. It was always and has always been and still is, color or highlight and cut. Period. I did know the cost and was fine with it. What I wasnt ok with is getting there, canceling things to make it, expecting a cut and color and you trying to sell me a 3 month Keratin treatment or hair extensions. I still have the original text and pics I sent to you where I asked for a cut and color. So I can gladly produce those. You repeatedly said you didnt do short hair (shoulder length) when my original picture was that. Why have me come in to telll me you dont do my hair? Bc I didnt want the expensive treatment? Not only were you horrible in person, and had me in tears, but to call someone a liar when they comment on their experience is indicative of exactly what kind of business owner and person you are. Anyone that knows me, knows I would always say cut and color and am not picky about my hair. Which is why when I told everyone about my experience, they were so shocked. Bc they know ME. Ive referred about 50 people to my new hairdresser. To the point, he texted me to thank me and offer me free services for all the referrals. So clearly NOT hard to meet my very slack expectations. I also noticed under your business, it now says extensions instead of hair salon. It should have been labeled that way all along bc that's exactly what it is... extensions, not a true hair salon.

Jewel is amazing! I returned from vacation with only a few beads holding my extensions in. Unfortunately I received a butchered hair cut from a previous stylist trying to “blend my extensions” and Jewel got me in super quick and made my hair blend with my extensions better than ever before (without cutting my actual hair.)
I am super happy with my experience and definitely look forward to building a long term hair relationship!

Horrendous . Absolutely, the worst hair salon I have ever been to. .It's an over priced barber shop for first week hair stylists who failed beauty school . It's that bad . Two separate hair stylists and both have no concept of style , frame or tone.

Love, Jewell!! I’m new to the area and was nervous about going to a new stylist but I’m SO happy I found her salon! She was super accommodating getting me in, so sweet answering every one of my questions beforehand, did a ridiculously amazing job with my blonde root highlights and cut, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything before I left! She also answered all my questions about how to get back to a healthier place after some damage at another salon. Feeling hopeful about my hair for the first time in years.. As nervous as I was to transition from blond to warmer tone for the fall, Jewel did the job! my hair feels and looks healthier. I truly appreciate her honesty when discussing tones. She also trimmed my hair beautifully without having to cut to much. Thanks a bunch for listening to my wishes Jewel!
