Looked online at tires. Went in and they were a little cheaper. Jean wad very upfront and personal. I would recommend shopping there to anyone that needs tires or car repair. I will definitely be back.

I got in my car to head home after work and my battery light immediately illuminated so I knew that tire outlet was right down the street and I drove over there cautiously, and the gentleman came out right away and checked out my car and told me the battery needed to be replaced that it was not holding a charge and replaced it right away and add me back on the road. They check the serpentine belt and the alternator also to make sure there were no problems and they said both were just fine. thank you, gentlemen, for helping me get back on the road in a timely manner.

Took my car in for an alignment and also asked for an inspection to see if there were any suspension issues. They did the alignment and performed an inspection which they then told me front rotors and brake pads were close to being worn out. They then gave me a quote about replacing the pads and rotors which I then looked up online and saw it was a more than reasonable price for the car that I had. All in all, I had a great experience with Tire Outlet for their service and quality inspection of my vehicle, also not overcharging for services unlike other places. I can highly recommend this place for your maintenance needs. Huge shoutout to Robert, the assistant manager and the technicians as well that worked on my car!

My tire sensor lite came on last night. And, trust me whenever a lite comes on the dash, I freak out. My husband tried to get my bling bling tire stem caps off last night and again this morning using a pair of flyers. Nope, that didn’t work. Apparently, the caps on my tire stems seized to the stems so bad that they wouldn’t come off.
My husband called around to find a tire repair shop that was open and could help. After, no success his last call was here to Tire Outlet. Success!! We drove over in hopes for some help and help they did!!!
Robert was very professional and explained exactly what he would have to do. My husband said, fix it and take your time as we had errands to run. Later this afternoon, Robert called and said we were all good to but did notice that our brake routers were needing attention. Because my husband will be traveling this week, we deferred until his return. We will return to get that taken care of. Prices are reasonable for the job at hand. They are not afraid to give you an idea of the costs.
The professionalism of the shop is stellar. I would highly recommend this shop. Clean front office, TV to watch while you wait and windows to watch your car go thru its repairs. Thanks for everything!!

Great experience here! The man at the counter was very helpful and friendly. They had many different tire options to choose from and were knowledgeable on all of their inventory. I got four new tires and an alignment and it took about an hour which was less time than they suggested. I would come here again.
