I strongly recommend ubreakifix. I have used the service at ubreakifix in Ormond Beach a half dozen times over the years. The service is always great. All the technicians have been very professional, understanding, and helpful. My latest experience with Michelle is a good example. She quickly diagnosed my iPhone problem and completed the repair. I will be returning for all my cell phone and pc repairs.

I brought my iPad Pro into this location for a screen repair that was already approved by Asurion for the Deltona location. When I arrived Deltona they refused to take in to repair as they were “closing that location” so I called Bryan who graciously had mr bring my device to his shop. Bryan went the extra mile to get my repair done IN HOUSE instead of making me wait a long time for send off repair. Thank you for the great service !! Andy F

My daughter accidentally deleted her hard drive. They were open late on a Saturday so I picked them because of this. The check in process was easy and smooth it took less than 20 minutes. They called me on Sunday to say the hard drive was ready. Picking it up took a little longer bc they sold me a Asurion monthly plan which I don’t really understand how it works bc I was in a hurry.We had some issues when we got home but it wasn’t anything they did. I took it back and they looked at it again and fixed the bug and called me early the next day.They gave me one on one attention and were patient and kind. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Took my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 to get my inside screen protector replaced. Around 2 hours later had my phone back and the screen protector looks just like it did the day I got the phone.

Absolutely horrible. Brought my work g iPad in, due to a crack in the screen. Everything worked fine, no issues with touch, pixilation, etc.they broke the wifi antenna on my iPad as well as the touch screen.It’s been over 8 days, they are still waiting on parts. I asked if I could get the parts expedited since it was their fault not mine, I was laughed at. I asked for a discount since again, they had broken parts of my iPad. I was told no and scoffed at.Brian, I believed his name was, continued to be rude to me and I asked if he spoke to everyone that way or just women, he said he spoke to people who asked for discount that way.I asked to speak to management, he said he was in charge. I asked to speak to an area manager or franchise and he hung up on me.Horrible product and quality control and rude, degrading and disrespectful enoloyees

Was sent there by asurion to repair my front glass I go to pick up my phone and they proceed to tell me they broke the back of my phone while repairing it they begin to explain how they will take care of it they apologize and tell me they are ordering the parts I get back from a vacation havent heard from them at all so we call up there to be told by Michelle the manager that they can't get the part that it can take weeks to get after it has been over a week already and unbelievable enough she them proceeds to tell me im lucky that they are fixing it without charging me for the parts unreal I would definitely take a deeper look into the management your company hires I don't get how they expect ppl to go without a working phone for weeks and the lose of work is crazy I hope they resolve this fast before we have to take another route.

A while back I decided to go here to get a screen fixed. I decided to go with this company because I appreciated they had a warranty, etc. After the fix, not too long after the screen would go fuzzy and turn black. Based on my research, this was a malfunction with how they installed the screen. They agreed and luckily under warranty they were able to fix their mistake.Immediately after this second fix the ear piece stopped working. They said it passed all diagnostics including the ear piece before they gave it back to me, but when I called to let them know what happened they said they could have misplaced the ear piece during their fix and I could bring it in before my warranty is up in October. This worked for me because I had to go out of state for a while due to a family emergency that same week, and it was not a big deal for me to use speaker phone or ear buds until then.Fast forward to now: they said I took too long to bring it in, AND my warranty is no longer in effect because I only get one screen fix with my warranty. I told them both of those things are news to me because that was not what I was told over the phone, especially because it was their mistake, not mine. Listen: I get that some people may try to take advantage of them to fix something on the phone that was not the store's fault, but why would I go out of my way to do all this? Is it really that big of a deal to replace one piece they previously admitted could have gotten misplaced when they fixed the screen based on their last mistake?My biggest gripe is that there was numerous mess ups AND conflicting information. Now I have a broken ear piece on my phone that they claim they cannot help with just because I took too long to bring it in based on their advisement. The ear piece I can live with because it is more of a nuisance than anything, but it's the principle of not fixing your mistake as a business that I don't appreciate.Save your money: go to a private, local place that provides the same service.Giving them the benefit of the doubt by giving them 2 stars.

I brought in my Samsung galaxy Z4 flip because I needed my screen protector fixed. Bryan was very knowledgeable about what had to be done and told me it'd be done at a certain time and it was done way before the time they told me. My parents went back with me and they needed things for their phones and Charles was very helpful for them. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for doing a great job on my phone.

WOW!! Just WOW!! Bryan, Michelle and Team are absolutely AMAZING!! I've had to go often due to having a teenager who seems to always gets viruses.
